Smoothly run from start to finish - Tour guide Ahmad was brilliant!
We were a family of 7, with 5 children from ages 7-14 and we all had a brilliant (but exhausting) time! Communication was excellent, we felt everything was under control at all times.
Instructions were clear. We were met at every stage, from hotel pick up to drop off at the end of the day. We were never kept waiting, everything was run efficiently.
In Cairo our tour guide Ahmad was brilliant. He was so knowledgeable, passionate, funny, and considerate to younger passengers. We loved hearing him talk about Egypt's culture, Cairo's history, and of course the pyramids. He paced the day well, was very patient if anyone fell behind, and gave us enough space to explore on our own, while giving us great advice on what was worth spending money on, and how to keep safe.
The only parts we didn't enjoy as much was when we made stops to a couple of shops, and we didn't love the hard-sell. I understand that these are parts of most tours, but our group had several young teenage boys, so somewhere more relevant to their tastes would have been better I think - a market with trinkets perhaps, rather than perfume?
Overall, I think when you have a good guide, it really makes a tremendous difference and we were really lucky with Ahmad. It was for us the trip of a lifetime, and we loved it.

Fab experience!
Fab experience! Our tour leader Abdul Ahmed was amazing and looked out for us the whole time. The buggy rides were brilliant, the camels beautiful and the dinner and show amazing. The buggy ride home in the dark scared the life out of me but my teenage kids loved it!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Unforgettable Family Day – Absolutely Outstanding!
We booked the Ras Mohammed, Magic Lake and snorkelling excursion for our family of six, and it was honestly one of the highlights of our holiday.
A special thank you has to go to Adam. He was absolutely incredible. He single-handedly helped and guided all six of us out into the sea so we could snorkel safely and confidently. His patience, kindness and encouragement made all the difference, especially for those of us who weren't experienced snorkellers. Thanks to him, we were able to see the most breathtaking coral reefs and colourful fish – the underwater views were simply spectacular.
The trip itself was fantastic from start to finish. Ras Mohammed is stunning, the snorkelling was unforgettable, and Magic Lake was beautiful. Everything was well organised, relaxed and enjoyable.
We also have to give a huge shout-out to Meddy, who went above and beyond what anyone could expect. Before even picking us up, he took the time to collect medication for some members of our family who had been unwell. That level of care and genuine kindness is incredibly rare and meant so much to us. He made sure everyone was comfortable throughout the day and his communication was excellent.
If you're visiting Sharm El Sheikh, don't hesitate to book this excursion. The combination of amazing scenery, incredible snorkelling, and exceptional people like Adam and Meddy made this a genuine five-star experience. We can't recommend it highly enough and would book with them again in a heartbeat!

Amazing Petra.
The journey by land and sea was a long one but all the worthwhile once you see the great reveal of the treasury after a long winding path down the canyon. Our guide Hashem was friendly and knowledgable, and the buffet lunch was if good quality. All in all, a recommended experience.
