We had an absolutely wonderful experience with our driver Abu Farah on our trip to Ajloun and Jerash. From the very beginning, he made us feel incredibly welcome, comfortable, and at ease. Abu Farah is extremely knowledgeable and has a deep passion for history. Our conversations throughout the journey were genuinely enjoyable, enriched with fascinating historical insights and stories that made the trip even more meaningful. His ability to speak five languages is truly impressive and made communication effortless and smooth. What really stood out was his kindness and generosity. He was very flexible when we had changes in our plans and handled everything with such a positive attitude and a warm smile. He never made us feel rushed and always prioritized our comfort and enjoyment. Such a sweet, respectful, and amazing person — Abu Farah didn’t just drive us, he truly elevated our entire experience. The company was very professional and communication prior to arrival was very easy. My driver, Ibraheem, reached out via WhatsApp to confirm my arrival time before I had to even ask for his info. He was waiting with a sign and easy to spot. In the car, there was plenty of water, juice and even a piece of chocolate waiting for me. My comfort was top priority. During the drive, Ibraheem showed me a video of the Dead Sea facts on his CarPlay screen, we stopped at a sign designating we were at Sea Level and a nearby factory that makes Dead Sea beauty products. If I didn’t already have a group tour booked, Ibraheem also offered to help arrange with sightseeing, as well. You will have a great experience when booking with this company!

Adnan was our driver for this tour. He made our day. Though introducing himself as a driver, in the end he was our guide, source of information, and our buddy while in Jordan. Spent our time with him from 09:30 to 20:30, we feel that now we know everything about Jordan. He willingly told anything about Jordan. From its history to the Bedouins. From desert to phosphates. From politics to education system. And so on and so forth. Making a 6 hrs trip on the road (3 hrs one way) felt like a minute. He is super friendly, accurately inform us what to expect and what not, drive carefully, helpful, on time. An unforgettable experience. One day was definitely not enough to explore Petra. We’d love to come again someday and hope to have Adnan again as our buddy.

Excellent 7hr tour of Amman highlights and the ruins of Jerash. My driver, Ibrahim K went well beyond what might be expected of a private driver, escorting me inside venues, offering recommendations and driving me to an Armenian restaurant for the most delicious buffet! You can taylor the day to your liking, my driver was more than happy to adjust the tour to suit my needs and interests. The itinerary was followed as describe on Viator and I would not hesitate to recommend to other travelers visiting the region.

Very professional, easy transfer. On time and very kind! Highly recommend! We had a very early flight and we were advised the time we should arrive and how we might proceed through security. Our driver even kindly offered us a coffee on our way given the time.

Great excursion but definitely needed more time to see Petra. To get to the monastery at the end in the time allotted we had to take 2 golf cart lifts (15 JD pp- per ride, cash only) and a donkey ride (25 JD pp round trip) - but well worth it. Amazing views but bring cash (they also accept USD and Euros, just not credit cards). And wear comfy walking shoes! Wadi Rum and Dead Sea also cool. 😎 Our guide Ahmed was amazing!

My wife and I took this tour, with one other person, in mid December; the weather was cool with a little drizzle. We experienced Rainbow Street, as well as the crowded but vibrant Sugar Market and lower downtown. The food was great, and Jumana was a superb guide, patient with my fussy eating, and like every Jordanian we met, very proud of her wonderful country. The falafel especially was head and shoulders above anything we've ever tasted in the U.S.

Muhammed was my tour guide and driver for the 3 days. He was great and super punctual in picking me up, meeting times, etc. He was also very gracious and helped pay for a lot of tours and entrance fees because most places only took cash and I did not have enough with me (I paid him back after we got back to Amman!) He also took a lot of photos and sent them to me, which was very nice of him to do. There was a lot to do in three days, and I was exhausted, but overall, it was a great experience. Aside from him, for the tour itself, I do think the price of this tour was extremely high for it to not include anything except two overnight accommodations (I selected this option) and a driver. Given that we stopped at all of these other places with additional local guides and activities, I feel like it’d be so much less of a hassle if it was included in the price and just booked all ahead of time especially because all of this requires cash and perhaps not a lot of visitors carry that much cash with them. At the least, let us know how much each of these stops will be so we can prepare accordingly if we did want to do the extra things. Also, we’ll likely be eating with the guide anyway, so why not include food in the price as well? I just feel like this can be a little bit better organized logistically and transparently ahead of time. This was still a great experience, but I may hesitate to rebook, unless the above is addressed or communicated in detail with me next time.
