What are people saying about Hurghada

Great tour with Marco
We were looking for a Lisbon tour and didn't have time to see Sintra, Fatima or tourist shopping, so we wanted a focus on the downtown area and history with a more local flavor. Manual and the driver did a great job in avoiding the crowds by walking the less traveled routes without missing the highlights we asked for. We learned a lot about the history and life in Lisbon while seeing the highlights. We had a great lunch that was devoid of tourists and busy with locals, yet making us feel welcome.

The only way to Explore Ancient Egypt
This is the way to experience these amazing treasures of Egypt! Although an early start, we were driven in comfort to Luxor in a car that was our personal vehicle for the day.
When there we collected our tour guide for the day, and were very lucky to have Prof. Ahmed Elsisi to show us around. What Ahmed does not know about these sights and the history of Ancient Egypt, I cannot imagine is worth knowing. We learned lots from him, and had plenty of free time on our own to explore the sites we visited. If you want to visit these sites, and learn more about them, this is by far the best way to do it. And hope Ahmed is guiding you around

Amazing day at sea – highly recommended!
We had a wonderful experience on this luxury cruise to Orange Bay. The yacht was beautiful and very well-maintained, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. We were lucky with perfect weather and stunning, crystal-clear blue water.
Snorkeling was a highlight, and visiting Giftun Island felt like a dream. A special thank you to the boat crew – they were incredibly attentive and truly looked after every passenger throughout the trip. If you want a smooth, high-quality sea excursion, this is the one to book!

Great trip
Long but great trip from Hurghada to see the highlights in Luxor. You start early and the driver speaks a vit of English. 2-3 rest stops on the way, note that toilets are paid (50 egp first and 20 second stop). We had a fantastic guide Ahmed who joined us already in Luxor. Take $10 pp addional cash if you want to go on an optional boat trip on the Nile, we enjoyed it (soft drinks included). Lunch was around noon, buffet style and very tasty, big selection. We were back in Hurghada around 7.30pm but that depends on traffic. All in all recommended.

Unforgettable
The experience was superb. We were able to see everything we wanted to see in a super interactive way as well. Our guide Falcon was excellent and treated us like family. Highly recommend this experience and highly recommend Falcon the guide as well. A truly unforgettable experience!

Loved my experience, we...
Loved my experience, we picked the 8 Pax 11 meters and it was perfect for 2 people. The host were so helpful and communicated with us the whole time. Would definitely do again and recommend. The water was so beautiful and we also got to see dolphins, they also prepared food for us.

Fab boat tour!
We went to a spot where we could see dolphins swim in the middle of the sea. We did orange bay as an added extra (10€ pp) and so worth it. Beautiful place. Our private tour guide was really good and the snorkeling was stunning. He took us for 45 minutes and waited for us and showed us different fish etc.
They provided good snacks and soft drinks/water. Nothing was too much trouble. Easy communication and transfer to and from where we needed. Highly recommend a private tour for a more private experience.

Packed tour
Our group had an excellent time in this tour. Just know that you will be on the go and there will be plenty of walking so be sure to get your rest. Our point of contact, Bassant was very detail oriented and stayed on top of coordinating everything. She also checked in with us every day to make sure that things were going as planned. I appreciated her attentiveness. In our group some of us bought the hotel upgrade while others didn't. Afterwards, the consensus was that if they could go back in time everyone would do the upgrade. Our tour guide in Giza for the pyramids and Sphinx, Abbas, was great! Very personable, perfect English, knowledgeable and just overall pleasant to be around.
The train ride to Aswan was interesting. To be clear, the tour company neither owns nor operated the trains so nothing mentioned is any fault of theirs. We did the sleeper cars and while functional, the train was simply dilapidated. There's just no way to sugarcoat it. The cabins are small, but that was no surprise. Some members of the group didn't feel that the cabins were clean to their standards. However, if you're the type who sprays disinfectant on your hotel sheets before sleeping on them, just do the same here and you should be fine. I hadn't been on a train ride since I was a kid so I actually enjoyed the overnight ride despite the outdated trains.
In Aswan there was someone waiting to meet us and we were just on the go non-stop from there. We boarded the Royal La Terrasse. It was a nice enough riverboat. I had no complaints with it, besides the shockingly firm mattress in the cabin. The food at the lunch and dinner buffets was consistently great. The breakfast buffets were hit or miss.
The thing that I didn't care for about day trip to Abu Simbel is that you have to get up very early and then wait until the road there is opened. We were at a standstill in the van for roughly 65 minutes waiting to gain access to the road. In addition to the included visits to temples such as Abu Simbel, we also did an optional visit to Nubian Village. Our days were full and there wasn't actually that much cruising time on the riverboat.
I do have to rave about our tour guide for Aswan & Luxor, Wafa. He was tremendous. He always had a big smile on his face and his eyes lit up when talking about the ancient Egyptians even though I'm sure he's done these tours dozens or even hundreds of times. He genuinely seems to love what he's talking about.
In Luxor after seeing more temple such as the enormous Karnak Temple, Wafa suggested a relaxing day trip to a banana farm. However, we were just too worn out to consider and opted to remain at the very nice Lotus Hotel and enjoy the pool and other amenities there. If you still have energy left at this point it may very well be worth it to check out the farm.
We took the train back up to Cairo and it was a bit nicer than the first train. In Cairo we finished up the trip withan optional city tour with Abbas to see the Citadel and Khan el-Khalili, which was very fascinating.
All in all it was a fun and educational jam packed tour, you just have to the stamina for it.
The kids sketchy part of the tour is that the guides will take you to various merchants to see interesting things, such as papyrus artwork, an alabaster factory, an essence manufacturer, jewelry makers, etc. While these places are fascinating, they are quite obviously set ups for these places to try to sell their products to a captive audience. It's easy enough to say "No, thank you", but it still felt off to me.
Regardless, I would still recommend this tour, just be aware of what's in store.

Fantastic day exploring Lisbon with Lawrenco. He was friendly, engaging and knowledgeable ensuring we got to see the best of Lisbon. This trip was such a great way to see the highlights of the city within a limited space of time. We would highly recommend this tour and spending a day with Lawrenco to everyone visiting Lisbon. Thank you again Lawrenco.

Best Day of my Life
I am awe=struck and my mind is blown by this incredibly perfect tour! Had originally purchased roughly similar tour, which the tour company canceled at the last minute, so Viator booked this one with Legacy Tours instead, which resulted in one of the very best days of my life first & foremost because of Mahmoud, the best ever driver on earth and THE Professor Ahmed Elsisi, tour guide professional Egyptologist and so much more. There is absolutely nothing Ahmed does not know about Egypt from the country's birth to its present. He is professional, expert, abundantly caring & kind to his tourists, has an extremely delightful sense of humor, ensures that his tourists have rare & unforgettable experiences, and he knows EVERYbody who clearly adore him just like me. He assisted me all day with climbing & descending stairs and with uneven terrain, providing everything I could ever need or want. When my phone battery died from all of the photographing I did on this tour, he even took pics with his phone to send to me. He made such an impression on me, I hope and believe we will now be friends forever. I always dreamt of floating high in the sky in a hot air balloon and boating on the Nile, but never did I expect that dream would come to fruition within hours on the same day plus all of the other beautiful sites I went to see and food from some of the most delicious restaurants, but Ahmed & Mahmoud definitely made it happen in the best way possible. I told Mahmoud that the English language is so new & restrictive that I could not find the right words to describe my overall experince on this day, but it was outstanding. I will never forget it or them. If you are planning a trip to Luxor or considering a place to go, you MUST visit Luxor and book this tour, and if you do not, you will miss out on the best day of your life.

Dancing With a Dolphin in the Red Sea
The crew were very professional and took great care of the guests.
My son and I have done these trips over a dozen times, so we know the format well.
As such we are very relaxed with the crew, who were real friendly and a whole lot of fun.
On this particular trip, we had a close encounter with one dolphin that literally danced with us - awesome experience.

10/10 tour with 10/10 service
This day trip was absolutely outstanding. communication between myself and the tour operator was second to none. Rabea was so helpful and always on hand.
Don’t let the length of the trip put you off because honestly it is so worth it, we had a fantastic time and learnt so much and not to mention got to see the most fascinating wonder of the world!
- also plenty rest/food/toilet stops along the way…
a huge thank you to our fantastic guide Ayman. He was so knowledgeable and not to mention kind.
Our driver Ahmed was superb, making sure we had a smooth ride from leaving to getting back.
One thing that stood out for me was the fact that due to it being so late when we got back, my boyfriend rushed off the coach and i ended up leaving some of my belongings on the coach. i messaged Rabea straight away and the issue was no problem. They ensured i got my stuff dropped back off at the hotel early the following morning and were extremely helpful. i’m so grateful.
what a fantastic tour operator with even better employees.
thanks so much for the amazing day!

Hurghada’s long sandy beaches along the Red Sea are one of its main draws. This beach resort city is also a great place for diving and other water sports. There are Hurghada tours that offer diving lessons for beginners, diving trips geared toward more advanced divers, and sailing trips to nearby Orange Bay for snorkeling and swimming. You can also take a boat trip out onto the Red Sea to look for dolphins. On dry land, you can go on excursions to famous Egyptian attractions like the pyramids near Cairo or the Valley of the Kings in Luxor.
