What are people saying about Oregon

Brian was an amazing...
Brian was an amazing guide. Pickup was easy even with the marathon causing a number of street closures. When we hit the road with the group, he articulated some of the history of Portland and perfectly timed his descriptions with the sights we passed. He is an excellent story teller. We went to some of the more popular waterfalls and though crowded, we were able to access everything with ease. The stop in Hood River was a nice stop for lunch. Brian had some great recommendations. From there, we headed for Mt. Hood and a farmstand. Overall, I highly recommend this tour. It's a great way to get out of the city to see nature and not worry about the hassle of driving and parking and permits etc.

Fun Tour
Rich was a great guide. Knowledgeable, personable and communicated well. Tour progressed at a comfortable pace…not too fast, not too slow. Might be a bit challenging if your knees don’t work so well. I managed all but one jaunt but could still see the fall.

Fun, rain or shine
We had such a fun time! Nicole was an exceptional guide. Her voice was clear, dynamic and she had several fun facts to share. The weather was not ideal, but Nicole made the most of it and we didn't feel slighted in the least. She drove like a pro and we always felt safe. When we return and we WILL return, we hope she's around for another adventure.

A wonderful tour
This small-group tour took us to three magnificent waterfalls. We witnessed beautiful landscapes along the Columbia River with our very knowledgeable tour guide giving us all kinds of information about the area's history, its natural resources and foliage. There were plenty of opportunities to take pictures, too.

Most of Oregon is a giant outdoor playground, from the Pacific Ocean beaches (100 percent of which are public) to the mountains of the Cascade Range and the high desert in the eastern part of the state. There are Oregon tours that highlight all of these wonders—and more. Even from a base in metropolitan Portland, full-day excursions let you explore the Columbia River Gorge, visit the coast, or hike up the state’s tallest mountain. Between outdoor activities, you can also go wine or beer tasting and sample some of Oregon’s best eats.
