1/2 day Horse tour worth the time.
We felt the tour was very informative. Our guide was great! He could every question someone would ask. The Keeneland Race Track ok. The second stop to the see the foals and mares was excellent. We got to interact with many animals. The last stop was very interesting. We actually got to meet the head guy for the breeding area. His description of the process wss very good. Also on site, we got to see 4 massive stallions. The horse business is serious business.

Interesting and Fun Tour
This is an excellent tour. Jeff is so knowledgeable and a real entertainer. The horse farms are beautiful and it was so interesting to learn about them. The only issue we had was a change to the pickup place that we didn't receive but when we called the tour contact number the issue was resolved quickly. Great service!

You Have To Do This Tour!
Fantastic tour, the other reviewers did not lie! We had Elena who was so wonderful. Personable, knowledgeable and a lot of fun. In addition to great food and history we also got quirky stories that made it so much more interesting. The walking was easy, nothing too strenuous. We stopped at five very different places which made it that much more fun. If you are coming to Lexington this is a must do activity!

If your brain wants to automatically add either “derby” or “bourbon” after the word “Kentucky,” that’s understandable—the state is rightly famous for both. As such, there are dozens of Kentucky tours to horse farms so you can see the sleek thoroughbreds up close. You can also traverse the bourbon trail on tours that stop at some of Kentucky’s most famous distilleries. Other options include guided walks through historic Louisville, visits to the National Corvette Museum, or food-focused walks through Lexington.
