We had a wonderful guide on this tour, Leo. He was an exceptionally courteous and informative . Leo guided us around Shinjuki and took us on the train to visit Meiji Shrine and part of the gardens close by. It was exhausting for 4 older ladies but we thoroughly enjoyed the tour and the effort well worth it. Very highly recommend this tour to anyone unfamiliar with the area as well as those who a little. Thank you very very much Leo for superb guidance and company.

Our tour and guide were our absolute favorite experience in Japan. We were given a personal tour of temples and shrines in Kyoto to help us understand the history of the city, but we also explored the markets and modern, popular areas to see how the city has evolved and get a feel for where to shop and eat.

There is no doubt this is the easiest, most time efficient way to cram a full day of Tokyo in! My guide Yuki was incredible! He was very knowledgeable, super flexible, and the consummate professional. He reached out weeks prior, when I first booked this tour, and communicated constantly, especially as it got closer to time. He catered the tour to my exact needs, and filled in where I wasn’t sure what there was to see, it being my first time in japan. It didn’t feel like he was a tour guide, felt like a long lost friend. He created a remarkable and unique tour specifically catered to the things that interested me. I outdo;t have asked for a better experience! The vehicle was immaculate, super comfortable, modern, luxury to say the least with heating and cooling seats, recline, control over AC, automatic sliding doors. It essentially was like riding in a recliner from stop to stop. The luxury vehicle option is more pricey, but totally worth it! It allowed me to see and do more than I ever could have imagined on foot. My driver was immediately available, not one time did we have to wait at all. wonderful job! Highly Recommend!!

We could not have got around Kyoto in the short time we had (day trip) without Joy. She was amazingly knowledgeable, and spoke very good English. We posed various questions which she researched and got back to us after doing her own research and communicated with us after our return to the US. Joy definitely deserves a 5 star rating.

An amazing day learning more about Tokyo and Japanese culture and history from a wonderful guide who was able to vary our itinerary due to the rain and also satisfied my wife’s craving for Tonkatsu taking us to an amazing restaurant Thank you Pica San.

Fummy is truly an exceptional tour guide! 5 star service from the beginning of the day until the end. I truly feel lucky to have gotten him as my tour guide. He is punctual, pays attention to detail, and I was able to curate my tour. He thought of everything in advance. He also taught me how to navigate the subway system which was beyond helpful. The vehicle was spotless and perfect size for the six of us. The guide, Guy, was wonderful. Accommodating, articulate, knowledgeable, personable, informative, engaging. Took exceptional care of us all day. If I ever am able to return to Japan, his would be the only service I would consider.
