What are people saying about Hoi An

Great group activity for all ages. Unique and different.
It’s a great way to learn about the traditions of Hoi An. As a trading post in the past, the river was the hub and now, lit up by the myriad boats and lanterns the place comes to life. Taught how to make the lanterns, both paper and silk and then taken out to set the adrift to make wishes come true. Lovely people, kind with their time and knowledge and a super thing to do whilst in Hoi An

Great little day out
We did this great little half day tour, with cooking school and coconut boat ride. The coconut ride was great we had a really enthusiastic rower that kept us entertained. Then cooking school was great, very good Hi was a instructor and his direction never kept us wondering what to do. The food was delicious even thou it was our first time make food like that. All in all a great day

Great option to do if you...
Great option to do if you want private transportation to local attractions. Our driver, Phuong, showed up on time and his car was clean. Phuong was very professional, friendly and incredibly attentive. He had water, an umbrella, and a fan for us to use at our stops for the heat, and he even bought us a snack while he waited for us at My Son. He drove very safely and never rushed us while we made our stops. He was friendly and chatted with us, answering our questions happily. Phuong also let us stop and offered suggestions when we wanted to grab a bite. He took pictures for us and walked us to the entrance at each attraction, and at the Lady Buddha, walked us around, stopping to give us information. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our trip with Phuong!

Cycle through the countryside……loved it
Amazing experience with Hoang. The ride out to the country part Hoi A was a highlight of our trip and seeing how families make a living. From mattress weaving, to rice wine to noodle making. The first part they don’t expect you to buy anything it is really about seeing how they live and work. What loses the appeal is the end when you go to silk worm farm. This was our second time being to one of these and they are exactly the same and you do feel pressure from staff there to purchase something. Other than that it’s a great experience but be prepared to ride 20kms plus and take COLD water or ask your guide to stop somewhere on the way.
