YES CHEF! Tram was an amazing person to do this tour with, very lovely experience. I would highly recommend this tour, she is very enthusiastic, knowledgeable about the Vietnamese foods that we made and has many years of experience! Every dime spent on this tour is worth your time!!! Our day started off at the local markets where we picked out ingredients for the dishes we were going to cook down later the day, she told us the purpose and intention behind each ingredient, it was a very thrilling and educational experience. Next, we took a car ride and then visited her place & did the coconut boat ride. The ride was very fun, with friendly boat staff that took us around the river. We then went back, took a break and started our cooking class! The cooking class was very fun, engaging & Tram was very fun to communicate and talk with! At the end, we had the food we ate, along with some cheap paid drinks (beer/soft drinks). Overall a great experience, and would definitely come back to do something like this next time I am back in Vietnam.

Amazing experience! Highly recommend the early morning tour as we got to see the local life wake and how fresh noodles are hand made in a traditional way, ready for the market. Great tour that included eats at very local spots. Thuy was an excellent guide, she brought everything to life with the local stories she shared, her love for Hoi An conveyed the beauty of Hoi An, and she always considered our needs. The Marble Hills and Hoi An are a great experience. Marble Hills suprised us with the beauty. What we were not prepare was the amount of climbing we had to do to reach each of the caves. But the effort was worth it. The Guide Mr.Minhbwas a native of the place and came with great stories about the history and significance of the place. Guided tour through a market to get ingredients before using them to cook a fabulous 4 course lunch. Hi Hai, our chef/guide, was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. We had a great time. The detour to the coconut boats was a bit of a tourist trap but loads of fun and a great experience on our holiday.

Hoi An exceeded our expectations.

We had a wonderful tour of Hoi An with our guide Vân. The city’s beauty exceeded our expectations. It’s really stunning. With that beauty, however, there were a lot of other people who wanted to see it and it got very crowded as evening approached. As the city filled up with people, Vân kept us one step ahead of the crowds. She knew right when to get us on the boat to avoid long lines. We waited only a few minutes to get on the boat, but there were super long lines waiting when we got off. She was extremely nice and really helped us to understand Hoi An and the local people and culture with stories of her childhood in Hoi An. We were very glad to have her as our guide. We highly recommend this tour for anyone who wants to visit Hoi An for the first time.

I had an amazing time...

I had an amazing time from start to finish! The tour guide Bien is super knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. They kept the group smaller (<10 people) so it felt that we dont have to wait around too much. They even gave you a banh mi with the boat ride at the end. 10/10 would recommend! Dont forget to tip your bus driver, tour guide and boat driver.

Great morning out , just the right amount of riding , the riding felt safe and pretty easy , fabulous guide, English very good. A Really nice day out , good local knowledge and enjoyable mixing with locals, coffee stop was a treat and the lunch at a locals house was plentiful and delicious. Basket boat ride was a fun local thing to do, vendors for this were pleasant and hard working , highly recommend
