I am giving this five stars solely due to the extraordinary, stunning appearance and tour of Segrada Familia, and the tour given by the phenomenal Marc P. tour guide who knew EVERYTHING about every feature of the cathedral and was very personable as well. It is within the top five most incredible places I’ve ever been too. If I had it to do over again, I’d love to have skipped the Park Guell which we were underwhelmed by, not that Marc was instrumental in that (he again knew all the salient facts about it). My husband and I believed the architectural styles used had no real cohesion and we found the buildings themselves were not terribly impressive.

We booked our transportation from the Barcelona airport to our hotel weeks in advance. Unfortunately, two hours into our flight we had mechanical issues and were forced to turn the plan around. After many hours, the flight was cancelled. While many transportation companies would have penalized you for delays or last minute changes, this company was very helpful and accommodating during a stressful situation and quickly moved our reservation to the next day. Even though the company was great, the driver made us very nervous because he was looking at his phone much of the time during the ride to the hotel. But despite the driver being distracted, we highly recommend this company for any transportation needs.

Excellent tour. Easy to find from the cruise ship as the office is across the street from the cathedral. Long walk on crowded streets to get there. Sylvia, our guide, was fantastic providing a lot of information. You really need a tour to experience the cathedral and learn the details.
