Our driver was very good at advising us of his location and his expected arrival time. He was prompt and helped us load our bags. He drove carefully and helped us unload our bags at the door of our hotel. We were very happy with his service.

Waited over an hour to be picked up. They never arrived. Customer service with limo company only spoke Spanish and hung up on me repeatedly. Viator customer service tried to contact them an were hung up on as well. Viator would not refund despite lack of service.

No one showed up so we took a cab! Prior to that I had communicated with Viator who assured me the company would contact me. The company finally did and confirmed the pick up but did not fulfill the request. I had paid in full in advance and was provided a phone number for the car service that didn’t work. I’m not very happy about the experience. Viator said I’ll receive a refund… we will see.
