In a word - WONDERFUL. View was stunning even on a rainy evening. The cooking pavilion is a lovely glass enclosed area. The hosts / cooks were the star of the show - they were just beyond welcoming and helpful. They were friendly and made everyone feel instantly welcomed. The menu was nice - something for everyone. The meeting location was very convenient at the train station. You then take a lovely ride up the hills and then finally transfer to a golf cart to the resort. It was well worth our evening and money.

We absolutely loved this cooking class! ❤️ It was so much more than just a cooking experience. It was a chance to be welcomed into a family’s world and feel the love they have for one another and the care they put into everything they do. From preparing the food to sharing it with us, you could feel how much heart and passion went into every detail. Everything was so fresh, authentic, and absolutely delicious! Cooking class at family farm in Sorrento

This is a family run farm and business. There was a very warm feeling and a wonderful environment. We had a tour around their farm and all their ingredients came from their farm. Antonino, the chef, did a wonderful job of teaching us how to cook a number of dishes which we got to eat for our meal. The wine and lemoncello was also made by the family. Raffaelo was wonderful and knowledgeable about wine. Mariana was lovely and picked us up to go to the farm. It was a really fun cooking class and great meal!

Fun Fun class!!

We learned how to make Pizza in a fun and energetic environment! Luigi, Laura and Theresa are such kind warm people. They showed us how fresh mozzarella is made, we prepared dough and we even had a chance to toss it to stretch it. We composed our pizza with the ingredients provided and then watched them bake in the oven super quickly. We enjoyed eating the pizza and having a glass of wine with it. Thank you to Luigi and crew for a great memory we created on a rainy morning in Sorrento.

We had such a great time!...

We had such a great time! We got delayed due to traffic, so definitely count this in as public transport/traffic around Amalfi coast can be crazy. But apart from that, the whole experience was amazing. Ferdinando was the best, we learned a lot and will be making lot more fresh pasta now we can make it. Would definitely recommend, if you want to have fun, sing along, perhaps even dance a little, and learn about making mozzarella, tiramisu and fresh pasta and meet lots of great people too, definitely sign up. A Wonderful Experience

What an amazing experience at Chef Barrone Cooking School with Anna G. during the morning session on Sunday, September 13! Anna was AWESOME!!! She made the class so much fun and truly hands-on. We didn’t just sit and watch—we cooked, made our own pizza, pasta, and even made dessert. It really felt like we were part of the entire experience from beginning to end. And the setting is absolutely beautiful! The cooking school is tucked into the hills of Sorrento overlooking the sea, and the glass-enclosed kitchen has a gorgeous view of the Gulf of Naples. It’s hard to imagine a better place to learn how to cook Italian food! We made pizza, gnocchi, tagliatelle bolognese, and finished with tiramisu. Everything tasted incredibly fresh, and it was some of the best food we’ve had in Sorrento. But as wonderful as the food and setting were, one of our favorite parts was the people. We met such nice people from all over during the class, and everyone cooking, eating, laughing, and talking together made the day even more special. The BEST cooking class you will ever take.

Gio and his family were so welcoming and made this cooking experience truly unforgettable. Plus Gio is the funniest guy you will meet and had us laughing the whole time. We had a class full of people from all over the world, which made everything 10x cooler. We enjoyed lovely pasta, vino, and tiramisu. At the end, we took a walk around the property and to a beautiful lookout point. It was truly such a memorable part of our trip. Overall 12/10 experience.

Lovely cooking class in Praiano locals’ home!

We loved this cooking class! An absolute highlight of our honeymoon, this cooking class offered a warm, friendly, and fun introduction to Praiano and the local cuisine. The hosts (husband and wife) were so lovely and kind, literally hosting us in their backyard and sharing their family recipes. We learned how to make a variety of pasta shapes and made an Italian dessert. The wine kept flowing and the small group setting was lovely. Recommend!
