Pasta, Pizza, Gnocchi, tiramisu… oh my
The saying goes jack of all trades master of none, but after taking the class we felt more like a Giacomo than a Jack. The class was held in the upper hills of Sorrento in an outdoor covered kitchen at Palazzo del Barone with a beautiful view of the Bay of Naples. We made pizza dough, gnocchi, tagliatelle pasta, and tiramisu too. Sure we were busy, but between sparkling wine and red wine we had a wonderful time. The chef (Rita?) was a great instructor and made sure we learned each recipe, but if you forgot (like me) a recipe book was included along with a souvenir apron. While pasta and pizza dough takes work the tiramisu was easy and we will definitely make it at home. There were 14 of us in the class which made for fun and lively conversation. We would highly recommend it for an afternoon of making and then enjoying your lunch. Cheers

This was an incredible...
This was an incredible experience. If you’re looking for a traditional, thoughtful, and a genuine cooking experience this is it. Emily and her family were amazing from the time her brother greeted us in the square and walked us to their house, to hearing Emily talk about her grandmother and their traditions. We experienced an authentic and really thoughtful time making our dishes. Cannot recommend more it was amazing.

Best Food Cooking Experience
I would highly recommend this tour. This experience was very exceptional. Fantastic chef which made our food making so much fun, gorgeous scenery with Mt Vesuvius in the background, lots of food preparation and cooking which included Pizza, Ravioli, Braciola and Tiramisu. And all our food tasted fantastic!

10/10 Must Do!
Book it! This was the highlight of our trip! The food we had was absolutely delicious! We had the best time and even the locals said it was the best spot in town! We had Giulia, Nick and Chef. They had an amazing sense of humor and we had an amazing group. I would recommend 1000%!

Cooking class at family farm in Sorrento
This is a family run farm and business. There was a very warm feeling and a wonderful environment. We had a tour around their farm and all their ingredients came from their farm.
Antonino, the chef, did a wonderful job of teaching us how to cook a number of dishes which we got to eat for our meal. The wine and lemoncello was also made by the family.
Raffaelo was wonderful and knowledgeable about wine. Mariana was lovely and picked us up to go to the farm.
It was a really fun cooking class and great meal!

Fun Fun class!!
We learned how to make Pizza in a fun and energetic environment! Luigi, Laura and Theresa are such kind warm people. They showed us how fresh mozzarella is made, we prepared dough and we even had a chance to toss it to stretch it. We composed our pizza with the ingredients provided and then watched them bake in the oven super quickly. We enjoyed eating the pizza and having a glass of wine with it. Thank you to Luigi and crew for a great memory we created on a rainy morning in Sorrento.

We had such a great time!...
We had such a great time! We got delayed due to traffic, so definitely count this in as public transport/traffic around Amalfi coast can be crazy. But apart from that, the whole experience was amazing. Ferdinando was the best, we learned a lot and will be making lot more fresh pasta now we can make it. Would definitely recommend, if you want to have fun, sing along, perhaps even dance a little, and learn about making mozzarella, tiramisu and fresh pasta and meet lots of great people too, definitely sign up. Ferdinando, you were fabulous! Thank you for everything! Lots of love from Slovakia ♥️

Great cooking class
What a great time in Italy! We now know how to cook pasta (ravioli & tagliolini) and tiramisu from scratch! The chef was very friendly and helpful. Great hospitality. We went to the meeting point and then they took us to a restaurant to begin the cooking class! Would definitely recommend.

The BEST cooking class you will ever take.
Gio and his family were so welcoming and made this cooking experience truly unforgettable. Plus Gio is the funniest guy you will meet and had us laughing the whole time. We had a class full of people from all over the world, which made everything 10x cooler. We enjoyed lovely pasta, vino, and tiramisu. At the end, we took a walk around the property and to a beautiful lookout point. It was truly such a memorable part of our trip. Overall 12/10 experience.

Perfect for foodies
Giuseppe was very welcoming. We were shown how his family produced their olive in the past and the new process. The tasting options were more than what we were expecting. Olive oil flavors range from your garden variety olive oil to curry, onion, garlic, black/white truffle, garlic and mushroom…..and the balsamic glaze and vinegars were insanely good. If you are a foodie and like to try new flavors you must try this tour. We are left this tour very pleased. We placed an order of oils and balsamic to be shipped home.

Very delightful way to spend half a day in Praiano.
Super unique experience at a local family's outdoor kitchen, with amazing view of the Mediterranean. Homegrown, organic, and all super fresh.
We learned how to make pasta and stuffed zucchini both were delicious.
Rocco and his family are very hospitable and have lived and farmed their garden for 6 generations.
