- Due to the nature of this tour and the safety of all guests, the tour operator reserves the right to refuse service to passengers who are intoxicated or show signs of intoxication. If, as a result, your tour is canceled, you will not be entitled to a refund.
- Minimum numbers apply. There is a possibility of cancellation after confirmation if there is not enough passengers to meet requirements. In the event of this occurring, you will be offered an alternative or full refund.
- Must be physically able to walk down to the boat, walk up and down ramps that lead to a floating dock, walk 2-4 steps up to the boat and over a gap.
- No heels, flip flops or slides. Secured footwear is recommended.
- This tour/activity will have a maximum of 25 travellers

The staff was so friendly and approachable. The boat was well kept. The tour was entertaining, educational, and the wine was tasty. We saw dolphins and cruised around the pod for several minutes to get great photos. Furthermore you get right up close to the fort from the water giving a unique angle you just can't get from land. This experience was well worth the price and then some. It's not often you leave a place anymore thinking about how good a deal it is and my wife and I are still talking about it a week later to anyone that will listen.

The employees were very nice. The boat was a little beat up and I expected the classy looking boat. re the wine selection was fine , but not nearly enough wine per tasting. Would rather not have music. A simple, quiet experience in the ocean.For me is better. Nor worth the money

We had an absolutely fantastic time on the wine tasting boat tour! Sarah, our wine server, and Kevin, our wildlife spotter, made the trip unforgettable. Their enthusiasm for what they do was contagious — you could tell they genuinely love sharing their knowledge (and their sense of fun!) with everyone on board.
Between the delicious wines, the beautiful views, and plenty of dolphin blowholes, it was the perfect mix of relaxation and excitement. I’d highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting St. Augustine who wants to enjoy a little buzz and a lot of wildlife!
