I received a call a few hours before the tour that is was cancelled due to a flat tire. We were told we would receive a refund. We had to buy another set of tickets from a different tour. I reached out about the refund in January, received an email stating I should hear something back around 7 days. It is now mid March and have yet to hear anything…. Suppose I am out $234 dollars

We absolutely loved our GhoSt Golf Cart Tours experience in St. Augustine – so much so that we booked it twice in one month! With family visiting back-to-back, we wanted everyone to experience this incredible tour, and it did not disappoint either time.
Our guide, Steve, was outstanding. He’s incredibly funny, super engaging, and packed with knowledge. He perfectly balanced St. Augustine’s rich history, spine-tingling ghost stories, and the magical Night of Lights Festival (those millions of twinkling white lights are breathtaking from the golf cart!). The way he weaves everything together keeps you entertained the whole time – we were laughing one minute and getting chills the next.
We’ve done several other golf cart tours in St. Augustine, but this one stands out as the clear winner. The combination of great storytelling, comfortable ride, and hitting all the highlights (historic sites + haunted spots + holiday lights) made it unforgettable. Steve made it feel personal and special every time.

Short colorful and crowded streets, lots of stop and go. I think with all streets in the city you wouldn’t have to all follow each other. We went in a big circle

Really Hated the experience. Guide didn't talk or told us anything regarding the places she took us. Keep rotating on the same spot. I have visited few weeks ago with my husband and booked a different company and they were so amazing. The guide took us inside the communities to show so many lighting and told stories behind every house too. You can walk and see more lightening as compared to booking them.

If you like driving backwards with oncoming cars headlights in your eyes for 40 minutes, this is for you. Only go if you run to cart and face forward otherwise absolutely useless tour.

It was a fun ride. We even sang to some of the Xmas songs that were playing through the speakers. We hade taken the boat tour and got a different perspective with the ground tour. Saw some lights that were not visible from the boat, The ride through the PLAZA DE LA CONSTITUCION was awesome!

Tanya was our driver/guide. She was excellent and very knowledgeable. It was much better than the bus tour. It’s just 6 people in a large golf kart. The other couple was very cool. I highly recommend ghost golf cart nights of lights tour.

To be bluntly honest! We book this trip well in advance of our stay and planned dinner in accordance. An hour before our arranged light tour we get a call that they had over booked and we had a choice of 7:30 or 11 pm later time. Unfortunately we had dinner plans at 730 and this left us in a bad place. We skipped dinner so we could see the lights. They gave us the tour for free! But ruined our anniversary night plans!! Sarah the tour guide was great but the actually tour was less than spectacular. I would not book with this company again their lack of communication left us in a panic. Don’t get me wrong I totally understand things happen I just don’t know how it happened an hour before our scheduled tour. Not professional at all. And when people make plans spend money on rooms plan dinner to see an attraction only to be left in a last minute panic.

We were in a 4 row EV so the max party size is 6, besides the driver. Surprisingly, (maybe due to the 10pm time slot) we ended up with a private tour! Tonya was a fantastic guide and tailored the tour to our interests. It was entertaining, beautiful to see all the lights, and we learned a lot of interesting historical details! We loved it and would go again!
