Nice boat ride, no audio

It’s a lovely boat ride down the river and back. The outside area is in the sun and does not have a shade, as some of the boats do. There is no audio.

We would like to clarify that our boats are designed to offer both experiences: an open-air deck for those who want to enjoy the sun, and a fully covered interior section for guests who prefer to stay in the shade. Regarding the audio, as advertised, the tour includes an Audio Guide. This is provided via a WebApp that you can easily access on your own smartphone. We provide instructions for this upon boarding and deeply apologize if you were unable to connect or missed this information. Relaxing trip on the Duoro

It is a relaxing boat trip along the Duoro river from Pinhao. The boat used to be used to transport wine barrels. It is very scenic with wine vineyards planted on the slopes on either side.

Lovely boat ride. I listened to the audio tour using my own phone and headphones. If you want to listen it's best to have your own headphones because it will be difficult to hear the guide over the wind and engine noise and it's nicer for the other passengers. We made a mistake and thought we had booked a later time. We arrived an hour after our scheduled tour. Luckily the company was very kind and allowed us to take the later tour. I was surprised at just how relaxing I found the trip. The scenery is just so stunning. The views of the hills, the terraced vineyards, the river, the gentle pace of the boat was really lovely. Our boat had a covered section and an open air section. Since it was not crowded the day we did our tour we enjoyed sitting in both areas. Overall we really enjoyed the tour.

This a boat ride, not a tour. They say you can scan for audio, but no one on the boat did this and it didn’t work for us when we tried. Might have been signal issues. Anyway. A live tour guide would have made this ride enjoyable. It was boring and people were sleeping.
