Operating Schedule: Operating Hours 9:30am - 5:30pm, Buses every 25 minutes! One Tour Loop is 1 hour, 30 minutes. First Departures from Stop 1, Stop 5, Stop 6, and Stop 17 between 9:30am - 9:40am. Last Full Loop Departure 4:00pm Any Stop. We are open most holidays except Mardi Gras Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. Unfortunately, sometimes city-wide street closures impact our route, and we are unable to operate any tours or may have to close early. We enjoyed the tour and had the best time meeting Bill and Leroy. They were fun, informative and so helpful in making our trip memorable with restaurant recommendations and suggestions of the best places to see. They pointed out so many interesting things in the city and gave some great history of specific points of interest along the way. Great 90 minutes!

It’s a great way to learn about the city with many opportunities to check things out. The guides are great. We spent a lot of time on the bus because my wife has difficulty walking. Scott Celeste was the best guide we have ever had on an on-off bus.

We rode the 1st 24 hours and enjoyed it immensely. When we tried to use it for the next 24 hours, the reservation had disappeared and as a result the ticket/qr code was gone.

Riding the full tour gives you the lay of the land around the city. Day 2 - we used the bus to visit areas we wanted to see more of. Walking tour in Garden District was nice.

Included in the 2 day tickets is an option to do free guided walking tours in the French Quarter and the Garden District, so giddy value for money. We only did the Garden District walk but it was great. A friendly, jovial, interesting and very knowledgeable guide.
The guide on the Hop On / Off tours were full of interesting facts about NO and interspersed the information with personal stories. Saw lots of places we didn't know about.

Great way to get around. 90 minutes of seeing NOLA with fun input from the guides. Logan was very informative and fun. Colin led a great Garden District tour and gave us some good insights into the beautiful part of town.

We had a two-day unlimited pass to be used on a Tuesday and Wednesday.
Tuesday we had no delays. Buses were running about 15-20 minutes apart.
For Wednesday, according to the live app 5 buses were running. Each buses were full in the early afternoons so we had to wait until the 2nd bus arrived. One elderly couple had the wife on a scooter. They had to wait for the third bus to get on because there was no room for her scooter. My husband had to call regarding the lengthy wait (1 hour wait) and another bus came to pick up our group.
We did attend the Garden District tour on Wednesday and our guide, Paige, was outstanding. Great personality and very knowledgeable.

Great way to get a good overview of where things are, the guides give tons of interesting information of the different areas and are able to give directions and restaurant recommendations. If this is your first time in New Orleans, this is a great place to start!

Is was it informative and entertaining . It let me decide where to go next in the city and pick up drop off near my hotel made it even better. Linda and the driver did a great job. It being Mardi Gras the day we hopped on we did not make all stop. We hopped to late but it was still a great time.

The hop on and off was a great summary and introduction to downtown New Orleans. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting for first time. Driver Elroy was extremely talented driving around all the road closures in prep for parade. Jonathan was informative and easy to understand.

We really enjoyed this tour! It was amazing to see and learn about NOLA on this bus tour. Linda, Kiran, Scott, Ellroy, Lita, Ray, Logan, Gary, Aisheh, Paige, Dustin, and Nicole were exceptional. They were so friendly, efficient, and helpful! We learned so much history and just loved all their story telling. Highly recommend. We did the 3 day tour and we were not disappointed!!

This is a great way to view and learn the city. We took a full loop to see where we wanted to get off and on at. And how much time we wanted to spend at each stop would be nice to have cross streets our addresses at the stops so you can GPS it after all you are on the bus because you’re not familiar with the city two day pass recommended if you’re staying there that long ,great experience would do it again.
