This tour was absolutely incredible. We had the best day. Communication from our guide Jacky was outstanding, he was so kind and helpful the entire day. We visited so many amazing places which Jacky guided us through and then let us have some time on our own. His English was excellent and he went above and beyond to help us as much as he could. Jeremy is great!

Our day with Jeremy touring northeast Taiwan was probably our favorite day during our weeklong vacation. We were a small group so switched from Mercedes van to minivan but the minivan was nice and clean. Jeremy was right on time. He was so kind and took amazing photos of our family. He also knew all the secret spots to get amazing photos and he showed us less touristy breathtaking views. He answered all our questions and shared a lot of fun anecdotes about life in Taiwan. We felt like we got a better understanding of the country’s history and also of the people. He had a special snack for us that Taiwanese people use as a good luck charm for electronics. I know it sounds crazy! But so fascinating to learn. Jeremy made our tour in very busy spots a lot easier. He would walk us to the best spots, park or drop us off to reduce unnecessary walking. He just made it an easy and pleasurable day despite some traffic and some rain. Our family, including two kids, were entertained, educated and also felt relaxed. Our tour guide Vincent...

Our tour guide Vincent was awesome! He was genuinely friendly and quickly made friends with our kids, making sure they were engaged and having a good time. He catered the trip to our interests, never rushing us off to the next spot just for the sake of checking off a list. Like coffee? Ok, there's a place you have to try. Need more time shopping? No problem, take your time. Vincent knows Taiwan like the back of his hand, but he shared his knowledge in a way that made it fun and engaging. We couldn't have asked for a better time in Yehliu and Jiufen. Make sure to ask for Vincent!

Jiufen is definitely worth a visit if you are in Taipei and have an extra day.

Indeed a full day’s worth of activities, suitable for both adults and kids. Leo was thoughtful helping to watch out for my little girl and even surprising us with buying a famous local dessert while we were having dinner (it would otherwise have been a little too far away to pop in to with my girl in tow).

After exiting baggage claim, my private driver was at the designated area for passenger pick up service. He had a board up with my name written on it. I approached him. We greeted and he led me outside to a designated place to wait while he went to get his car. His vehicle was a clean comfortable minivan. He loaded my 2 luggage and we headed to my hotel. He gave me a bottle of water as I was seated. As we were riding along, he pointed out areas we were passing and made suggestions of places to visit in accordance to my interests, as well as places to eat, night markets info, etc. When we arrived at my hotel, he unloaded my bags and gave me a Taipei map of undiscovered places, in English and the native language guide, and a guide to Muslim friendly travel. I was very pleased with my experience with this company and my private driver.

The Beitou Hot Springs and Yangmingshan tour was a perfect blend of relaxation and nature. Soaking in the hot springs was incredibly soothing, and the views at Yangmingshan were breathtaking. We had the most incredible day exploring Taiwan with our tour guide, Oliver. He took us to Jiufen, Shifen Waterfall, the Golden Waterfall, the Yehliu Geopark, and even made a special stop for us to light a lantern and make wishes—plus several other thoughtful stops along the way. His timing was *perfect*; we always arrived just before the big bus tours, which made every experience feel relaxed and enjoyable. Oliver was not only knowledgeable—sharing fascinating history and stories about Taiwan—but also genuinely personable and so easy to chat with. By the end of the tour, it felt like we had made a new friend. I can’t recommend this tour enough. Skip the crowded big bus options and book this tour instead. You’ll get a much more intimate, meaningful, and memorable experience. Highly recommended!
