Tour guide never showed up even after I called him. Then he sent cancellation notice. Never use this person. I am only in Venice once and could not schedule any other tours.
Amina was a wonderful tour guide with a lovely personality. She met us at the hotel due to (losing luggage in Venice from Paris and we waited for next flight that luggage was on) and we were on a tight schedule. Anyways, Amina was timely, dependable , very personable and knowledgeable about Venice. She showed us so many hidden gems off the beaten paths that were truly lovely! We asked for recommendations for dinner, and shopping when we return to Venice after our cruise ends and she gave us many. She knew her history of Venice and was a very refreshing tour guide! She truly enjoyed doing this job!
The tour guide never arrived at the hour planned and we were offered to delay the starting hour at last minute.
Venice was amazing! Vittorio was very knowledgeable,professional and kind. The tour was very thorough and at a good pace. His English was very good. He made adjustments based on our preferences. We only had one day in Venice and this was a great way to see it all. Would highly recommend.

Our guide, Vitorio was terrific, sharing a great deal of history and knowledge about Venice, its history and many hidden gems one might never discover if touring alone or in a large group. Amina is a wonderful guide! As we requested, she showed us the quieter side of Venice as we walked through neighborhoods, paused to talk about local history, and even enjoyed an authentic gondola ride. Very lovely tour! Thanks, Amina, for the mild pacing and sensitivity to the needs of older women!
Terrible tour guide. He literally was NON SPEAKING! Funny to say but unless you asked he did not talk. And if you asked your question may or may not have been answered correctly. I could have done a better walking tour of Venice than he did and I’ve never been there before!

Simon did a great job of giving us a general overview of Venice. It was a walking tour of all the main areas of town.
It was the best tour I took in Italy and I took many tours. He picks you up at your hotel for a walking tour. He makes sure you all see what is important to you. He knows so much information that he shares with you too. I loved it! Highly recommend!
We booked a 2 hr walking tour after we arrived by train for a day trip to Venice. Our guide Amina met with us and guided us through the different areas of Venice providing us with the history and interesting facts. She could recommend places to get a bite to eat as well. It was certainly 2hrs well spent and we would highly recommend this tour. Amina was lovely friendly and easy to understand
A lovely experience of other Venice neighborhoods. Vittorio was very knowledgeable. 3 hrs is a long tour. I would have done 2 hrs.
Vittorio did a great job introducing us to Venice. Besides showing us the highlights he took us to hidden gems that we would never have found on our own. He gave us a lot of the history of Venice along the way and warned us of traditional tourist traps. We highly recommend spending the day with Vittorio to enhance your time in Venice!

We were shown the hidden gems of Venice, did not encounter any huge crowds. Our tour was 3 hours -- perfect amount of time.

Great private tour with Amina! She took us to a lot of hidden gems and, of course, the highlights of Venice.
This tour guide is running a scam that I apparently fell victim to. After booking through Viator, the tour operator instructed me to move our communication to WhatsApp, cancel the booking after the free cancellation period had expired, and pay the guide directly in cash instead of through Viator. I was uncomfortable with these instructions because they bypassed the protections of the booking platform.
In the end, the tour guide never showed for the tour that I paid for.

We take your concerns very seriously. However, it is important to state the facts regarding what happened on the day of the tour:
Communication via the Platform: Our guide was in contact with you via the official booking platform and was waiting at the designated meeting point for you.
Attempted Contact: When you did not arrive at the scheduled time, our guide attempted to reach you through the platform’s messaging system to ensure everything was alright, but received no response.
Waiting Time: Our guide remained at the meeting point for 50 minutes waiting for your arrival.
Delayed Response: We only received a response from you more than two hours after the scheduled start time of the tour.
We have already shared the guide's contact details via the platform and left messages there, as we do not have direct access to your personal phone number outside of the booking channel. We have also contacted Viator to provide them with the accurate timeline of events, confirming that our guide was present and ready to conduct the tour as scheduled.
We are committed to professional service and regret that this misunderstanding occurred.

My boyfriend and I did a private Venice tour with Amina and a food tour with Vittorio, both through this company. It ended up being one of the most special parts of our trip.
After coming from the States with flight delays, lost luggage, and last-minute changes, this company was so kind, flexible, and accommodating. They made us feel completely taken care of.
Amina made Venice feel personal, like we were walking around with a friend who truly wanted us to love the city. Vittorio made the food tour just as memorable with great food, stories, and conversation.
It was warm, comfortable, and unforgettable. I would do it again in a heartbeat.
We had a great evening with Vittorio walking around Venice, seeing some of the big things and lots of little things you don't really find on your own. We tried some cicchetti from a favorite shop in his neighborhood (awesome treat!) and enjoyed a few stories about growing up in Venice. To really cap off a perfect night, he hooked us up with a truly great gondolier for an evening ride before dinner. What a great first night in Venice!

We booked a 6-hour personalized tour with Vittorio and it was amazing! He was incredibly knowledgeable and accommodated my entire party which had 2 elderly parents in wheelchairs. His friendly personality made us feel at ease and paced the tour really well - didn’t feel rushed at all! Hana was also incredibly helpful every step of the way. She answered all my questions timely and was so professional and courteous. I would t have booked this tour with her and the help of Vittorio’s much-deserved high reviews. We had just a few hours in Venice, and we were very lucky to have Vittorio as our tour guide. He was fun, knowledgeable, and very patient. We were a large group, and he waited for us to retranslate everything he said. We had two senior citizens with us, and he adjusted the pace to their needs. I highly recommend Vittorio as anyone's tour guide.
