We did the pasta course with Ariela and had a wonderful day! You can feel her love for food, cooking and the region. We learnt so much. The course is something for everyone who wants to learn about Italian cuisine, Tuscany and attention to detail. Without a lot of frills, you learn hands-on what is important when making pasta and there was also wonderful gelato. If we were ever in the region again, we would definitely book a tour with Ariela! alla prossima :)

This was an amazing class and the instructor, Ariela, was so engaging and knowledgeable. She made learning to make pasta and gelato so easy that I know I can do it at home. I learned so much and had a great time doing it. I would highly recommend this class to anyone! Best of all, the food was simple and absolutely delicious!!

Our three-generation family absolutely loved our cooking class with Ariela! From our 7- and 10-year-old kids to the adults, everyone had an amazing time. In fact, our kids said it was one of their favorite activities during our three-week trip to Italy. The ingredients were incredibly fresh, the pasta & gelato were delicious, and Ariela was so warm, patient, and wonderful at explaining each step in a way that everyone could follow. We highly recommend this experience to anyone looking for a fun, authentic, and memorable Italian cooking class!

We loved this experience and had a great time making pasta ravioli and gelato (amazing gelato!). Our teacher was very friendly and offered plenty of insights and the food was just delicious! I would highly recommend this activity to anyone traveling to Lucca.

This was such a fun class, we made ravioli by hand with a ricotta filling and spaghetti alla chitara which was very cool (loved the gadget they use to make it, I'd never seen it before). Then we made the creamiest gelato all from scratch. Our teacher was very friendly and she told us all about the fresh local products from the farms in the area and everything tasted amazing. Plus the air conditioning was a big bonus in this heat wave! I highly recommend this activity to anyone visiting Lucca.
