Lots of fun and you have an opportunity to meet new people from different parts of the world, and gain some historic knowledge.
Ben is a very professional and knowledgeable guide. Great history on each of the four pubs. Also made other stops that were a great addition. All in the group had a wonderful time!
Our guide Henry was extraordinary. He was warm and entertaining. The tour was informative regarding pubs, but we also made stops at a few other places to learn a bit of London history.
Our guide Tom was the perfect guide. He kept the stories interesting and the tour moving along through royal and music history!!! Greatly appreciated the time he spent with us! Each pub touched a different part of London history and Tom brought that all to life! Thank you!!!
Overall good tour and way to find some great pubs around St James and Mayfair. Three of the four pubs were really cool. We didn't find the Ye Grapes pub story that interesting or may have missed the connection. History of the Royals and history was interesting and preferd those over the rock and roll modern stories.
Great pub tour with Luke. Lots of historic info with a sense of humor. Saw areas we probably would not have seen. Luke gave great recommendations on beer and gin. Would highly recommend
This tour is an excellent way to get to know the St James area of London. The pubs visited were great, as was the beer recommendations. Luke was a great guide with fantastic local history.
Absolutely fabulous! Henry was entertaining & knowledgeable. This is a very special London must do alone or with friends!
Henry made our walking pub tour a delight. Insightful, charming, bright and a wealth of information.
Tom was our guide, very engaging, friendly and very knowledgable. Thoroughly enjoyed the tour with him.
Great beer and great company walking around London. Ask for Carlos, he was a fantastic and lively guide!
Cy was the best tour guide ever! Not only did he take us to four amazing pubs, and provide detailed facts about each, but he shared so many historical facts and interesting information about London. He made this tour the best we have ever been on! Highly recommend Cy and this tour!
Informative and entertaining - Al does a great job sharing the history of the area, all tied together through the lens of some great local pubs.
The Royal Pub tour with Al was amazing. I learned a lot, enjoyed good beer and had a great time. Al is very knowledgeable about London, its history and scandal that has rocked the royal family. Definitely recommend.
Easy walking tour away from the heavy crowds. Fun chance to learn about the history of some great pubs and the surrounding area. Also get to stop for a few drinks along the way. Our tour guide, Al, made it informative, relaxing and great fun.
Al was absolutely amazing. One of the best Viator tours I’ve done. By the end of the tour it felt like Al had been part of our friend group for years!
Al hosted us for the historical pub tour and it was amazing. Wonderful history out the pubs we visited, London in general, the Royal Family, rock and roll, you name it. If you. Ok this tour or others request Al, you will not regret it!
Al was a fantastic guide! Very knowledgeable, funny, warm, and welcoming! Definitely a great pub crawl experience!
Alan was a great guide and storyteller! Learned a little history in a most enjoyable way. Definitely recommend.
Our Pub Tour Guide Al was top notch! He kept it light and interesting, with some incredible historical context and overall super fun! We highly recommend this tour and especially our new friend in London, Al!
Cheers!
We had a wonderful time, our guide was incredible. He provided us so much history along the way. Luke was a 5 star guide.
This pub crawl was excellent! Our guide Alan was funny and informative and we learned a lot of interesting things about London
We visited four pubs. Lots of entertaining chat and historical facts. Ben was very good at his job and personable.
Our guide Ben was great.
We learned alot of interesting information from him.
The pubs were really cool
Ben Cooper our tour guide was phenomenal!!! Made the stories come alive. We went for the beer but got so many unexpected side tours and stories between pubs. By far our best experience on holiday! Thanks Ben (and if your mom is reading, thank you for raising such a wonderful human).
Come prepared for the weather as English weather is unpredictable and quite a lot of the tour is outside
When I showed up for this tour, I was the only one. My guide Luke was extremely gracious about it; when I offered to let him off the hook and cancel the afternoon he insisted that he give me the tour. So I received a private tour. Lucky me!
Luke was extremely professional, knowledgeable, entertaining, and
fun! I wasn’t expecting a lot of history but Luke wove it into our surroundings with interesting and fun facts. I learned a lot and had fun doing it.
Plus learning these things in series of pubs made it even better. I can’t recommend this tour with Luke enough!
Al is a great guide combining interesting information, off the beaten track locations, humor, and of course interesting stories and inside stories. We thoroughly enjoyed the walking tour to pubs and historical spots we would never have found on our own. There were only 11 people making the tour very personal. We'll book with Al when we visit London again. This was the best tour of our visit.
Luke was such a fun guide! He was great at telling stories and made sure to chat with each person individually. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a lowkey way to socialize with locals and fellow travelers!!
My family did the pub tour with Ben as our guide. He was highly entertaining and very informative. We had a great time.
