Walking tour of the Whitechapel area. Our guide Nic was great. Very knowledgeable and brought the stories to life. Sadly most of the original streets and buildings have changed but Nic was able to describe the scenes well. With the use of some photos of suspects and victims it was an enjoyable 1 hr 40 mins.
Would definitely recommend the tour but it is a walking tour with some stops for storytelling but no opportunity for sitting so not for those with mobility problems.

Gabi is amazing. She has a wealth of knowledge and an excellent delivery. The story is fascinating. You learn about the neighborhood, police investigations and lack thereof, the lives of the victims, and how we know what we know about the killer. I’ve taken 3 tours of the story and this was the best.

Dominick was an excellent guide, not only was he super knowledgeable but also respectful of the victims. It’s not my first time taking a tour like this, but this is the first time we have someone acknowledge the victims in a respectful manner. He also recommended some excellent reading materials as well.

Arne, our guide, was very personable and knowledgeable. A couple of things I wasn't crazy about are that since it's been such a long time since the murders, the buildings are not the same as when it happened, and while Arne did show us similar buildings, it was a little harder to get the "feel" of the time. Also, we circled back to places we had already been. I get that we were following a timeline, but I would have liked to know have backtracked.

Be aware there are numerous tours (varying operators) at the designated meeting area so can take time to locate.
Bettina was our tour guide, she was excellent, engaging and a well versed Ripperologist! She always made sure everyone was gathered before starting the talks. It was just the right number of participants too as anymore would have been too many. It was Saturday night in Whitechapel, so some areas were ‘lively’. Thank you Bettina for a great tour
