We went out in hopes of seeing dolphins in their natural habitats, and that's just what happened! The guides were friendly, knowledgeable, and very intent on everyone having a positive experience.
I definitely recommend this tour. As an added bonus, you essentially get to see the entire coastline of the Algarve. Beautiful!

We had a great time on this tour with our family of four (2 adults, 1 teen and 1 child). Bruno and Joáo were knowledge and made the tour fun! We went several locations to see dolphins, but didn’t see any other marine life on this day. My kids loved it, and it was one of their favorite parts of our trip to Portugal. Highly recommend!!

Do NOT book this trip ahead of time. We did. We showed up, were told the launch time had been delayed. Fine, we had coffee. Meanwhile, others were signing up as we waited. We were the last ones called to board, despite the fact we had booked over a month ago. We did not get to sit together and had to squeeze in where we could. Could have been better.

Dear Sir / Madame, I am sorry to hear but unfortunately for safety reasons we do need to board in first place families with small children and elderly people. Its impossible for us or for any other company to book seats once safety its our main concerne. The boats that sail on rough seas are not a cinema room where you can easily book your seats. We need to be very strict on our safety precautions. The fact that you booked a month in advance does not mean that we will jeopardize our safety standards. Kind Regards Dalila

The boat ride was thoroughly enjoyable, felt more like a ride then anything. I was very pleased that they drove us almost 20km off the shoreline to ensure that we were able to see dolphins. We saw two pods - but stuck around the larger more sociable one. 10/10 experience!

This was a great trip. We were on a small boat and it was fast and a bumpy ride. Definitely not for the faint hearted though. And we got to see dolphins which was amazing.

The guild was very knowledgeable, we found a pod but they clearly didn’t want to be disturbed and kept swimming away from our boat. The guild respected that and we left them alone and looked for a more sociable pod and we found them, jumping and playing

An amazing experience, even with small kids. The excitement of going in a boat, going over the waves and finally seeing the dolphins! Brilliant!
Our kids are only 1 and 3 years old so we were seated in the back of the boat as this is safer but even sitting there we saw plenty of dolphins.

We were amazed at how good this experience was, had really close contact with wild dolphins far closer than we were expecting, was a wonderful experience we will never forget, guides were fantastic and completely respected the animals and followed their behaviour, leaving them when the dolphins had shown they had enough. Very beautiful experience. We had already gone to see the dolphins with this company in 2012 and in 2013, so it was only natural to return to them this year (2026) given the quality of the service and the explanations provided by the guides (not in French, though). They show a lot of respect for the dolphins and do not force contact. Each time we arrived before the boats from other companies, which made the experience more intimate. It is the dolphins who decide to come. We came in May (2012), July (2013), and June (2026), and if you want to see babies, I really recommend May/June.
It was a first for my sister-in-law and our 4-year-old son, and they had stars in their eyes and in their hearts.
In short, if we return to Portugal, it is obviously with Seafaris that we will go to see the dolphins again.

Het was een prachtige ervaring, na 45 minuten zoeken hadden we dan toch een groep dolfijnen gevonden die vervolgens een hele tijd met onze boot mee zwommen, echt heel bijzonder, de boottocht zelf is ook een ervaring, met 60km per uur over de oceaan is op zich al een uitje! Super uitstapje!

J'avoue que je ne croyais pas voir grand chose en y allant mais nous n'avons pas été déçus. J'y ai emené mes 3enfants de 3, 8 et 10 ans ils ont adoré. Nous avons eu la chance de voir une petite baleine de 6 m environ qui plongeait pas loin de notre bateau et ensuite un banc de dauphins communs qui nageaient à coté de nous. J'avais un peu peur du mal de mer pour mon fils de 3 ans mais ça s'est très bien passé, nous avons été placés à l'arrière du bateau; de plus les skippers sont très sympas, ils ont pris le temps de nous faire un debrief sur les espèces vues en fin de ballade. Je recommande !!

Tres belle experience mais il faut arriver en premier pour etre situé sur le devant. Organisation un peu chaotique avec accueil qui manque de classe. Mais une fois dans lz bateau, extra ! Les guides supers !
