Our bike tour with Gaku...
Our bike tour with Gaku was a highlight of our trip. He was friendly and easygoing from the start. We covered a lot of ground and saw so many different sides of Tokyo that we never would have found on our own. Along the way, Gaku shared great stories and insights about the neighborhoods, history, and everyday life in the city, which made every stop more interesting. Highly recommend this tour!

Very complete experience
We enjoyed the experience a lot. The guide Jorge is very nice and made the day very pleasant by giving us a lot of information about Japan and dedicating a lot of time to us. We felt very safe with the driver Ejima even though they were complicated roads. We booked the lunch and it was very delicious.

Best tour out there
This is so much better than some of the other food tours out there (like the Shinjuku one). Great local eateries and food without getting lost in the tourist shuffle. This is the second time I have done this particular tour (after trying some of the other ones).

Hakone & Mount Fuji
We had the most amazing day exploring Mount Fuji and Hakone, and Jack was truly the highlight of our experience. From start to finish, he was absolutely exceptional and went above and beyond to ensure we had the best possible day.
Jack was friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely passionate about what he does. He didn’t just take us to the sights; he made the entire experience special. He knew all the best photo spots, helping us capture some incredible memories and beautiful pictures that we will treasure forever—-even with a rainy day! His local knowledge and thoughtful recommendations made such a difference, especially when it came to finding great food and experiencing more of what Japan has to offer.
What really set Jack apart was how incredibly helpful he was, even beyond the tour itself. He took the time to help us with train information and directions, making sure we felt confident getting around. That extra level of care and kindness meant so much to us. He genuinely went the extra mile, and it was clear that his priority was making sure we had a fantastic experience.
Visiting Mount Fuji and Hakone was already something special, but having Jack as our guide made it even more memorable. He made everything feel effortless, enjoyable, and stress-free, allowing us to relax and truly enjoy every moment.
If you’re considering a trip to Mount Fuji and Hakone, we cannot recommend Jack highly enough. He deserves every bit of praise he receives, and we would give him ten stars if we could!
Thank you, Jack, for such a wonderful day, for all your thoughtful recommendations, and for going above and beyond to help us. You made our Japan trip that much more special, and we are so grateful to have had you as our guide! 🇯🇵❤️

We had a wonderful guide....
We had a wonderful guide. She was so informative and happy and enjoyable. The tour was well planned. Enjoyed it very much. Imichko was fabulous. Very knowledgeable at the end of the trip she gave us a printout of Japanese words to help us in our journey in Japan. The best Tours person I have ever had.

A very pleasant journey
Very nice trip, starts early, Chen (the guide) was very helpful the entire time, was a very nice guide.
She explained everything clearly and still gave us a bit of a leeway when it came to departure. I'd highly recommend this. Lots of beautiful views and nice small history lessons to boot.

Excellent experience!
Nice, helpful, and kind guide. Tour of the area surrounding Mount Fuji, very characteristic. We visited the most well-known spots in the area. The tour offers a visit to a local establishment with 4 different menus with various choices from 1500-3000 Y (free water). We recommend the experience!

An excellent tour and guide in a historic area.
The walk is undulating with one steeper uphill and one downhill. It’s mostly on paths apart from in the cemetery where there is some off path exploration but the cemetery is overall well maintained.
There are lots of shrines and temples to see along with learning the history of Yanaka and how it developed over the centuries.
There is a mixture of old wooden buildings and modern developments. The modern day population is mainly composed of older people which makes it a quiet area.
If you want a change of pace and a chance to learn more about Japanese culture and history this is the tour for you.
My friend and I were fortunate to have a tour where it was just us ( tour size is usually about 8) and Kaori who was our guide was delightful. Very friendly and knowledgeable and she made sure we were comfortable with the pace and was reassuring about adjusting the walk if needed.
She took lots of pictures throughout the tour and made us a photo book for our memories.
I would highly recommend this tour.

For the best photos in years
Our guide was not only great at knowing the area and the places that were best to shoot - he could tell each of the three of us that were in the group how to improve where we were - and we were all really different. We went to several different places in Shinjuku and Shibuya that were good for getting some great photos (and I wouldn’t have ever found), picking up the energy of the place, and turning it into a good photo that reflects what the place is like. It was one of the nicest tours I have been on.

A must have after a long travel day
This was such a great experience! Our flight came in delayed and the immigration lines were a bit longer, and our driver was so patient. We were communicating via WhatsApp, even before we got on our flight there. He picked us up right outside of the immigration area. Super comfortable car and smooth ride to our hotel. I can’t recommend this service enough. It’s perfect after a long travel day.

Make sure you go - go karting in tokyo
Make sure you bring some change with you (cold drinks at the vending machine, sunscreen and a tye-able hat. Marky was our guide and we had a lot of fun whipping through the city. He took a bunch of pictures for us and we got to view some cools spots around Tokyo! I was a little nervous as I have never driven in a foreign country but Marky and Jordan made me feel comfortable within the first 5 minutes!

Completely fantastic food trip best company
We had a fantastic lunch trip with Alexandra in Shibuya. 5 stops where we ate Ramen, Sushi, Okonomiyaki, Tebasaki (Japanese hotwings) as well as a dessert.
We were fascinated with the trip, where we were taken around in many of the smaller blocks of the district. We got a lot of information along the way, and then we were just in good company. Alexandra introduced us to Japanese food culture in a truly open-minded and entertaining way. Great recommendation from here.
