Fantastic experience with an amazing view

This was a very fun and affordable experience watching the chef make paella while explaining each ingredient and the order in which you do things. There was meat, cheese, & olives waiting for us and we were served a glass of wine of our choice. We were served the paella out on the rooftop with a spectacular view! Our chef was very easy to understand (English) and a lot of fun. She also handled the group of 9 very well when some of them were talking loudly, watching things on their phones, and challenging her on a lot of things. The paella was very good (even though the one group was disappointed saying it wasn't cooked enough)…she told us that it would be cooked aldente. Sangria was also excellent. Only disappointing thing for us was it was advertised as unlimited beverages (beer, wine, soft drinks, etc), but we were only offered the one glass of wine at the beginning and the sangria with dinner. There was also no real “end” to the experience…we weren’t sure if we should go when done with the food or if she would be coming back. It was scheduled to be 2 1/2 hours but we were done eating well before 7:30. Eventually we just asked. Overall it was a VERY good experience and I would recommend.

Cooking class so much fun!

this cooking class was a highlight of our days in Sevilla. Ana, the chef, and Gaia, the assistant, were patient and kind, knowledgeable and funny. The class moved right along, individuals were able to help with the preparation and we all enjoyed the fruits of our efforts at the end. A really wonderful experience!

Paella cooking demonstration

We had a fantastic time at this experience and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. We were greeted right on time at the meeting point by the chef, who made us feel very welcome. We were then shown to a cosy kitchen workstation, where a selection of olives, cheeses, and cured meats was waiting for us to enjoy while we watched the demonstration. There was just one other couple attending, which made the experience feel relaxed, personal, and interactive. The chef was incredibly knowledgeable, explaining each step of the paella-making process and sharing the history and traditions behind this iconic Spanish dish. It was both interesting and entertaining. After the demonstration, we enjoyed the freshly cooked paella on a lovely rooftop terrace, accompanied by delicious sangria. It was the perfect way to finish the experience. If you’re looking for an authentic, enjoyable, and memorable food experience, this is definitely worth doing!

We had a wonderful evening at the cooking class with Diana and Carmen. They were both so generous and patient with everyone and provided great instructions and opportunities for everyone to participate that wanted to. And of course the food and drink was excellent!

Great paella class with Fernando!

This was a great experience with Fernando as the instructor. Fernando was very friendly and knowledgeable about paella and its importance in Spanish culture. The location was very scenic and great for pictures. The final paella was absolutely delicious and we will def make the recipe at home!
