Fantastic tour - a must see!!
We went to Giverny in April when all the flowers were in bloom and it was just gorgeous. The tour was very well done – the bus was beautiful and clean and the tour guides were amazing and gave us all kinds of really interesting information on the ride there. We enjoyed it greatly. My only advice is that if you spend a lot of time in the house in gardens, there’s not much time to get food so getting a Takeaway sandwich or something is probably best.

Giverny is magical
Giverny is amazing. Our guide and driver were exceptional as are all the people we met in France. France is by far my favorite country.

Everything went very...
Everything went very smoothly from the pick up point in Paris. The bus was comfortable. The guide very informative. Easy entries in to both Giverny and Versailles bypassing a lot of the lines. And easy return to Paris.

This was a great tour. ...
This was a great tour. You get to see the beautiful countryside of Normandy on your drive to Giverny. The tour guide, Brune from Brie, was so informative not only on local history but also on the best way to explore the gardens. I would highly recommend this tour.

Perfect day!
Rozann was outstanding! She was organized, so knowledgeable and a real pleasure to spend the day with! Worth every penny for the private tour and transfer. She took care of all tickets for admission and made sure we didn’t have to wait long in lines. Made arrangements for a delicious lunch in Giverny. Very efficient but made sure we weren’t rushed. We look forward to returning to Paris one day and asking Rozann to take us on another tour! Thank you for a perfect day!❤️

Enjoying Versailles
Nadi was a wonderful guide. She was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. We were delighted to have her for our guide at Versailles and greeter at Giverny. She has a delightful way of asking questions and explaining things in a playful way. Hope you get her for your guide.

Nice.
This particular tour was 2 in one. A visit to Giverny and to Versailles. This is also the one with lunch included in a quaint nice restaurant. It was a beautiful experience.

Brilliant tour of Monets...
Brilliant tour of Monets house and gardens, with information on Monet shared by tour guides on the bus both to and from Giverny. Tour guides were fantastic, would highly recommend!

Had a great tour of...
Had a great tour of Versailles - our guide Mauro did a wonderful job explaining all kinds of little facts and features in the palace itself, and we then had around three hours to wander the gardens in Versailles which are beautiful. We also had a good time with our guide James who took us to Giverny.
Will note that the pickup spot is a little out of the way and transit may not be reliable - they are also not especially flexible so don't expect anyone to wait for you - plan accordingly!

Fantastic !
Fantastic! Our guide, Chris, was amazing. We learned so much and he was very accommodating. Giverny was absolutely lovely. Versailles is not to be missed with a guide. Perfect day !

Giverny
Our guide was exceptional. On the way to Giverny he gave us a history of Monet’s life. We arrived at opening time and he guided us through the house before it got crowded. After that we were free to tour the gardens and pond. On the way back to Paris he pointed out places Monet had lived and painted. Finally he dropped us off in Paris at a very nice place for lunch. A great day.

When to visit

A Giverny tour is ideal for art enthusiasts, especially impressionism fans.
The journey to Giverny, along the banks of the Seine River and through the sunflower fields of Normandy, is almost as good as the destination.
There are no ATMs or currency exchange bureaus in the village, so be sure to bring cash.
Although hotels are available, the village's small size means availability is limited, so most people visit on day trips from Paris. Make sure to book in advance if you plan on staying overnight.
Giverny and Monet's Garden are partly accessible for wheelchair users although Monet's House is not.
