This tour isn’t for fine-dining fans, and that’s exactly the point. Instead of polished restaurants, you’ll eat where Yucatecan flavour truly lives, in street vendors, hole-in-the-wall spots, markets, and family-run eateries that rarely make it into guidebooks. Over four hours in Mérida, you’ll enjoy 15+ tastings, sip cold beer alongside locals, and uncover why the city is home to some of Mexico’s boldest regional flavours, many rooted in ancient Mayan traditions. It’s a deeply local culinary food experience that shows you a side of Mérida most visitors never taste.
