One of the best day trips I've ever experienced. Khalid was amazing, incredibly friendly and helpful, really helped make the day so memorable. Lots of great insights and history about Jordan and each site. A comfortable, modern car and a competent, safe driver! I was given ample time to visit various sites in Amman and the site in Jerash, with lots of good advice from Khalid on how to navigate the sites. The sites themselves are amazing. Guides are available at Jerash, but there are excellent explanation boards around the site as well. Jerash is vast and open so make sure to keep hydrated - there are plenty of water sellers on site. Wear sensible shoes. Really enjoyable, memorable day visiting some incredible places. Highly recommended!

The Petra experience is truly amazing with a guide. The history, the carvings, the tombs are all put in context which makes the experience extraordinary. Guide Bassil is a gem, he is a breath of fresh air with his in-depth knowledge, outgoing and open demeanor. I felt as if a good friend was showing and explaining to me his fascination and love for a place that will fulfill a lifelong dream.

As a solo female , I am really be careful on which tour I pick. But today , the driver Mohamed makes my tour so easy and safe . He also very knowledgeable, nice , polite and caring . I would love to choose this tour again if I have a chance to come back to Jordan .

Anees the driver was excellent. Great English and very flexible with visits. Saved me money with local knowledge and tips especially when visiting the prime tourist spots. This tour was especially a great option when moving from Amman to the Dead Sea hotels as the company was able to change up the route and drop me off at my new hotel after our tour was complete. Will be reaching out again next time I'm in Jordan.

So good! I was so happy with this experience - recommended by a close friend in Australia, Viator provided great options and I chose the group transport to Petra Visitor Centre. Very good price and I understand it is very competitive due to lack of tourism currently. Geopolitics make us better travellers! Our driver was amazing, so punctual and amicable. I got joined up with a Japanese gentleman and we enjoyed the trip in silence - wonderful. Sometimes you need to contemplate the landscape only. Our driver provided information regarding many aspects of the experience, very helpful. Highly recommended!!

In may 2026, we participated in the "Jerash, Aljoun, Umm Qais" tour arranged by the tour operator, R&H VIP Transportation Services. Our driver selected to take us on the tour was Mr. Shadi Almanasir. Shadi made our tour a wonderfully, memorable experience. Each of the stopovers were very interesting. At Umm Qais we hired a guide at the site. We viewed the two other sites, the Castle of Adjoin and Jerash, on our own. We had seen Ephesus in Turkey which we greatly enjoyed but I thought Jerash was much larger, better-preserved, and very impressive to see. I recommend this tour to anyone visiting Jordan. Regarding the tour operator, we had enquired whether they’d permit our driver to drop us off at a different location from our pickup. They happily agreed and thus, we were picked up in Amman but was dropped off in Petra. Thereafter, I requested the company’s driving services for 2 more days. We were lucky to have Shadi as our driver during those days. The first day, Shadi drove us from Wadi Rum to the Dead Sea with stoppages at Kerak Castle and the Pink Lake. The following day, Shadi drove us from the Dead Sea to Amman, with stoppages at Mount Nebo and St. George's Church in Madaba that houses the Madaba Map. We also stopped at the Cave of the Seven Sleepers that was along our route to Amman. In Amman, Shadi drove us to see the Citadel and the Roman Amphitheater before dropping is off at our hotel. Shadi is extremely professional and was very timely in working out the logistics of our various trips. He is a friendly and enjoyable driver who is very knowledgeable, providing us in-depth information about the various stoppages and sights throughout our trip. This tour, the tour operator, and our driver are all highly recommended by me and my family.

We had an amazing experience today on our Petra and Dead Sea tour with Asmar as our driver and guide. He was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and made the whole day enjoyable from start to finish. Asmar went above and beyond by providing plenty of drinks throughout the trip, which was especially appreciated given the long day and warm weather. He also took the time to show us additional sites along the way and shared interesting history and insights that really enriched the experience. His knowledge, kindness, and attention to detail made this tour truly memorable. We highly recommend Asmar to anyone looking for a great guide and a comfortable, enjoyable journey.
