Great and fascinating tour
Full day tour went by so quickly due to our great tour guide, Thierry. He took us around to see so many historical sites and had entertaining stories about each location. First part of day was exploring Omaha beach, the cemetery, and such. Second part focused on historical sites related to the airborne. Loved it

Best tour
This was our first time in France and all of the reviews for this tour were amazing so we decided to do it. John, our pilot, did not disappoint. He was fun, knowledgeable, and kind. I could not recommend this tour anymore. We would do it again in a heartbeat. Thank you John for a very memorable time in Normandy! What a way to travel and take in history at the same time.

This tour was a...
This tour was a comprehensive tour of a variety of aspects of the Canadians' activities in Normandy. A lots of stops were packed into one day - there was a perfect mix of our tour guide telling us about a monument or location with time to visit most stops in an appropriate amount of time. The tour guide, Helene, was friendly, knowledgeable, a good driver. She was an excellent tour guide. If you want to go to the Juno Beach centre and hit the highlights, this was a good tour. I had gone a few days before and spent 4 hours at the Centre so this stop allowed me to cover some things I missed or wanted to see again.

Wonderful day on the rock
Our tour guide, Manon, was great at explaining everything and was very informative and knowledgeable. Be aware that there are many steps to get up to the top of the Abbey, which was fine for us, but might be challenging for others. Fantastic views from the top and a very historical setting. Ate lunch at a restaurant and enjoyed the experience. It was a little crowded on Saturday, but not overwhelming. We had really good weather. Took the shuttle bus back-and-forth, which was crowded, but if you want to do more walking, it’s about a mile or more from the parking lot to the Abbey.

Rare gift: engaging for kids, meaningful for grandparents
We couldn't have asked for a better guide than Anna for our Band of Brothers D-Day tour. She led our multigenerational group of five through the beaches, cemeteries, and memorial sites with a rare mix of knowledge, warmth, and pacing that worked for everyone from our 7-year-old son to our 70-year-old father-in-law. Her command of the history was extraordinary — my father-in-law, a lifelong WWII enthusiast, said it was one of the most meaningful days of his life, and Anna kept him fully engaged from the first stop to the last.
What made her truly special was how she connected with our son. She spoke to him directly, asked him questions, made him feel like an important part of the tour rather than a kid tagging along. He came home talking about her by name and everything he learned. Anna made a heavy, emotional day accessible to a 7-year-old without diluting it for the adults — that's a rare gift. If you have the chance to book with her, do it.

Learn and enjoy about Mont Saint Michel from those who know.
Anna and Bruce were the two who guided the small group of us to a wonderful tour of Mont Saint Michel. Anna explained every aspect of the abbey particularly well. She is passionate about making every experience the best. I highly recommend both Anna and Bruce.

Terrific, Knowledgeable and adaptable guide
Roma was a terrific, knowledgeable, and adaptable guide. She was able to move us from one site to another seamlessly and effectively and even added a stop at another place even though it took more time. She answered all the many questions asked of her.

Book this tour! Do not hesitate!
This was a fantastic tour! We spent over three weeks touring London, Spain, Portugal, and Paris, and this was the highlight of our trip! Our guide Noe was exceptional and had such an amazing depth of knowledge, so very impressive. He had a great sense of humor and told all the amazing stories that you don't really hear about. The transportation was very comfortable for a long day of touring Normandy. We stopped and had a great lunch in Sainte Mere-Eglise halfway through to the day. We saw all the major sites and it was just incredible. The cost for a private tour was definitely worth it to have flexibility and the personal attention in a small group. We were a group of 6, Army Veterans and Paratroopers, so it was even more incredible for us and to hear all the amazing stories Noe told us that we did not know already. Don't hesitate to book this tour, with this company. I hope you get Noe as a guide, he was truly amazing!
*Bring water or snacks, wear shoes that are comfortable and can walk on the beach. Check the weather, it was windy and chilly on the beach in Aug.

Excellent full day tour with fantastic guide
My wife and I did the full day group tour and we were lucky enough to be the only guests. I was impressed this company didn’t cancel the booking or try to merge us with another group. Our guide was there on time and displayed the same level of effort just for the two of us. Our guides name was Bryce and he was passionate and knowledgeable of the events that took place. He also allowed us to make changes along the way to ensure we got the best experience. The van was nice and clean with great air conditioning. I highly recommend the tour, this company and Bryce as a guide.

The most special day!
Hugo was fabulous! So knowledgeable and patient with our group of a mix of kids and adults. The views of the country were breathtaking and visiting the sites of Omaha beach, German bunkers and the American Cemetery and museum were very special. The bikes were great and easy for first time e-bike users. This tour is a must! A day we will never forget.

A wonderful experience
A wonderful activity from start to finish! Super easy pickup from the train station in a small group format. The stops were well planned and thoughtful in their story telling. Irene our guide was fantastic! She is extremely knowledgeable and delivered the stories in an impactful and entertaining manner.
Be prepared for various weather fronts!

really informative and really fun!
Great experience, with Remi, our enthusiastic, totally-knowledgeable, and fun-to-be-with driver and guide! Remi clearly loves his work and this era of history of this area where he grew up. He knew every detail to answer my questions (and I've read a lot of WWII history). One kind of treat was Remi's stopping briefly in a tiny village on the back roads we drove to get from site to site, to learn what life was like before D-day and after. Another was a short-cut drive via a particularly-beautiful small country road in this area where Remi grew up. And of course all the 'basics' were dramatic and fascinating, including Omaha Beach landing complexity, and building the gigantically-ambitious artificial harbor at Gold. The American cemetery was especially beautiful and moving, including being at the daily 4pm ceremony. And my wife totally loved the sidecar experience and driving in the open air!
