Our experience was excellent. This is a great hybrid tour option for anyone who wants the flexibility to explore Banff’s top attractions without the hassle of driving, finding parking, or navigating unfamiliar areas. The transportation was convenient and allowed us to relax and enjoy the scenery. Our tour guide, Inder, was outstanding. He was professional, polite, accommodating, and extremely knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions and made the day enjoyable and stress-free. One important thing for future travelers to know is that this tour provides transportation to the attractions, but attraction tickets are not included. If you plan to visit places such as the Banff Gondola or take a lake cruise, be sure to purchase those tickets separately and well in advance. We were fortunate to find reservations a few days before, but many attractions can sell out quickly. Overall, I would highly recommend both this tour and Inder. We had a fantastic time and would gladly do it again.

The tour was well-organized, if a little divergent from the detailed itinerary provided prior to the experience. Naveen picked us up from our designated pick up point right on time. He is an extrtemely polite, professional, and kind person with a great deal of local knowledge. He made us feel very welcome, had relevant anecdotes and jokes to share with us, pointed out local wildlife we came across (elk, mountain goats), and was very flexible with the stops at each point along our route. The entire trip lasted 7 hours (rather than 9 as described on Viator, but that's no issue at all - we were all tired anyway). The sites were magnificant, the van very comfy, Arun at the office was very helpful with our questions, and we can't thank Naveen enough for being the quintessential host - well done, sir, and warm thanks for making our day in the Banff area special!
