Nowadays most village restaurant close to Tirana have been refurbished to a gangster aesthetic, but Dëfrim and Hilda keep the place as simple as possible, and let their food do the talking. Veal is the speciality of the house - the cows are raised on Dëfrim's little farm, and cooked in the traditional saç method.
