Top South Carolina Wellness Classes in 2026

Set sail on a journey of mindfulness and relaxation with a Private Soothe Sailing Retreat in Charleston. Perfect for groups of up to 12, this serene experience invites you to engage in guided breathwork and meditation amidst the tranquil waters. Enjoy healthy snacks and refreshing infused water while you reflect in silence leaving your worries on land and your phone on DND. With comfortable seating, cooling towels and/or cozy blankets provided, every detail is designed for your comfort. We will capture the memories with a private photo album, and you'll leave with a thoughtful gift bag as a reminder of your time together.
