Wonderful tour and guide
What a great tour!
I’ve probably done more than one hundred local tours over the last 5 years and this is definitely one of the best short tours I’ve ever done.
Mak is a truly passionate guide and presents the info you need, along with a unique ability to weave in some personal experiences.
If you only have time for one tour in Sarajevo, this is the one you want.

A Sarajevo Must-Do
What an amazing tour. Our guide was fantastic - spoke perfect English, was a natural story-teller, and knew his history. He was able to explain a complicated and politically nuanced situation in Bosnia & Herzegovina (as well as throughout the Balkan Peninsula) in a balanced, thoughtful and highly engaging way. We couldn’t have been happier with this tour.

A truly moving and educational journey. The stops along the way and the final stop in Srebrenica was all part of a great experience. I’ve come away with a lot more knowledge of this horrific moment in history. For anyone with a keen interest in this region and the conflict, this tour is ideal. Plus our tour was just five of us, which made it feel really personal. Would highly recommend.

would highly recommend!
we were lucky enough to get Kristijan as our guide and he was brilliant. he picked us up exactly when he said he would, took photos for us, was extremely kind and supportive to my mother who has difficulty walking long, was funny, and somehow stayed awake to drive the whole day!
we had gorgeous weather, thank goodness (after a long winter we were told!). we had time to walk around Old Town in Mostar, go on a boat trip (€10 for about 10 mins), and have lunch at Labirint (a solid recommendation from Kris). stunning views the entire day so make sure you take a power bank if you're planning on taking photos on your phone because you will probably be taking photos non-stop.
one of our favourite days of the holiday by far. thank you, Kristijan :)

We had a very knowledgeable and experienced tour guide, Stefan, who was not only super informative educating us on the rich history of the region but also made us laugh throughout our stops on the four cities tour of beautiful Bosnia and Herzegovina. I particularly liked that he gave us time to explore and take pictures. The weather was wonderful and we had a delightful experience. I would highly recommend.

Excellent Informative Tour
Ahmed was a spectacular guide, speaking about both the immense history of Sarajevo and BiH in general, but also about his personal experiences living through the war and how life is in Bosnia today. Highly recommend to get a taste of everything Sarajevo has to offer!

Wonderful experience and service
Tarik was excellent with knowledge about Bosnian history and culture, and offer brilliant service. I was really lucky as I was the only customer that day in winter season even though some of the programme isn’t open but Tarik was quite flexible and accommodating, it was a great experience in Bosnia. Definitely recommend.

This was a beautiful and...
This was a beautiful and engaging day trip that combined stunning scenery with a broader understanding of Bosnia’s long and layered history. The stops in Travnik and Jajce offered a wonderful mix of old fortresses, historic towns, and incredible natural landscapes.
The views were a major highlight—especially the waterfalls and elevated viewpoints—which made the day feel both visually impressive and culturally enriching. Rather than focusing on a single period, the tour helped place Bosnia’s history in a wider context, spanning centuries and giving a fuller sense of how the country’s past fits together.
Our guide, Senad, was outstanding. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and very friendly, and his explanations were clear and engaging throughout the day. He also brought a great sense of warmth to the tour, occasionally adding light humor that made the experience feel relaxed and welcoming without taking away from the substance.
One small note for travelers: if you’re visiting in winter, some of the smaller, tourist-oriented towns and shops may be fairly quiet or closed for the season. This didn’t take away from the experience for me, but it’s helpful to know when planning.
This was a memorable and well-rounded tour, and a great way to experience both the beauty and the depth of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Reliable company and great tour
I really appreciated that they didn't cancel the tour because I was the only customer (it's supposed to be a "group" tour); totally reliable!
Ensar was both a good guide and good driver, could answer all my questions and gave me as muche time as I wanted at every stop.
Especially liked the waterfall and the city of Mostar.

Best Balkan Road Trip
Funky tours provided a car seat for the baby. The communication with the agency was also perfect over WhatsApp.
Alja is a fantastic guide and an awesome driver. She gave a nice go through the history of Bosnia from Ottoman times to the present days. The details of development during Yugoslavia time, the people, the culture, food habits, Partisan Resistance, Tito and the darkest part - the Bosnian War. She suggested places to eat and buy snacks during the trip. The smooth drive through the mountains, valleys and mists was mind blowing.
Highly recommended

Beautiful places, excellent tour.
Amazing transfer tour. Very customizable based on the participants’ preferences. Guide Senad was fantastic - he gave great info and context on the sites visited and the Balkans in general, was excellent through the border crossing, and spoke impeccable English. Highly recommend this tour to see beautiful western Serbia and Eastern Bosnia.
