Beautiful Antelope Island

Wonderful experience. Ella, our guide was knowledgeable and super friendly. She made it a point to connect with each of us. Water was plentiful and Antelope island is untouched and amazing. Make sure you bring snacks as our tor started at 3:00 and we got back to hotel around 8:40 PM.

Beautiful Experience

Antelope Island was a beautiful experience. We saw so many bison up close. Our driver was wonderful. He made sure everyone on the van was able to see and have the same experience. He took us to the perfect spot to see the sunset and was more than happy to take photos for the selfie impaired couples. This is a must do experience while in Salt Lake City!

Don't miss this tour if you have the time

Since we had some time in Salt Lake City, we decided to book this tour. We are so glad that we did. Sinead was our guide, picked us up at our hotel, and since we were the only folks on the tour, it was more like a private tour. Make sure to have binoculars, although, I believe they have loaners you can use. From the comfort of the van, with retracting windows, we were able to view and photograph the wildlife unobstructed, and up close. Usually, the wildlife was close enough to the road, and with binoculars, they were even closer. Sinead identified a multitude of the migrating birds that were currently on the Island, knew where the different Bison herds were "hanging out", which we were able to observe, from a safe distance. We even saw some of the small "burrowing owls" that inhabit the island. We were also able to locate some of the resident Antelope. We came across a Jackrabbit, that was gone in a heartbeat. We had a funny interaction with an inquisitive hummingbird at the visitors center stop. As we approached the entrance, "he" appeared out of nowhere, and just hovered there, seeming to inspect us. Then, as quickly as he appeared, he was gone. We chuckled and went inside. This is a very relaxing tour, and I would highly recommend it.

It is quite interesting...

It is quite interesting to see new places. Salt Lake City has much to offer despite their recent history. The Mormon Tabernacle Choir was amazing. The rest of the tour bus to the city was nice, the two stops were too fast but understandable to meet the schedule. Thank you.

It was a positive, educational, fun, and friendly interaction. The only negative is that when the team directed attention toward taller buildings, and because of the "upward direction", it was difficult to see out of really low windows...off course, you are riding in a vintage street car that was not constructed for "future" historical tours...LOL. We really enjoyed Katherine, Luke & Glenn.

My wife and I had an absolutely fantastic experience on the 45-minute boat tour of the Great Salt Lake! Our captain was not only incredibly knowledgeable and informative, but also funny and entertaining, which made the entire tour even more enjoyable. We learned so much about the Great Salt Lake and the surrounding area while taking in some beautiful scenery. It was the perfect way to experience the lake, and we’re so glad we decided to do it! You guys did a fantastic job from start to finish. When we visit Salt Lake City again, we definitely want to come back and book the 4-hour island tour. We can’t wait! You Must Experience This Tour

We had an incredible experience with an extremely knowledgeable guide! I only wish we had taken the tour on our first day in SLC rather than toward the end of our trip. We learned about so many amazing places that we wanted to go back and explore, but unfortunately, we ran out of time. That said, this was a fantastic tour and absolutely well worth the cost. As other reviews have said, Dima the tour guide was very congenial. The itinerary allowed well spaced breaks and we saw everything as described in the booking information. Everyone on board seemed to enjoy the trip. The hike was a little challenging, but the views were worth the effort.

Awesome trip

David, our tour guide was amazing. He knew so much history, geology, and information about the culture in Utah and beyond. He knows so much and we’re so thankful for his knowledge. We enjoyed every part of the trip and yes, there is sitting in the van, but you get only spectacular views and possibly one of the best sunsets I’ve ever seen in my life on the way back to our hotel. Highly recommend this tour. Don’t forget to bring snacks. He also takes great pictures!

Perfect day tour for solo travelers

This is a fantastic tour. As a solo female traveler, I often think twice about booking a private tour, but I only had 1 free day in SLC and I wanted to really see the area. I'm glad I booked the trip. Shawn made sure that I felt comfortable both before and throughout the tour and he did an amazing job sharing insights about the area's history and development. The canyons are gorgeous and well maintained; we even saw a moose! I opted in for the tram ride at Snowbird and am convinced it should absolutely be a fixed item in the itinerary for everyone that is physically able. The views are phenomenal! If I have the chance to visit SLC again, I will definitely book another tour with Shawn (the multi-day national park trips look awesome).

Nice easy going playful illusions.

It was fun and amusing. There are many suggested photo opportunities so it makes it fun, look at your pictures as you take them they may not appear as you hope. We took our 13 year old, and we had a good time. But it should be noted on Sunday there is not easy public restroom access in the immediate area, and the museum has theirs in the middle of the exhibit so a ticket us needed. So it may be advisable to find somewhere beforehand for restroom needs.
