Very enjoyable
Very enjoyable, informative and interesting. Our English speaking Mari Mari guide was good. Lots of sampling of tribal eats and drinks. Very busy so groups overlapped. Taxi driver Napoleon was great.

An amazing experience
An amazing tour. Our driver was on time, the drive to the village was only about 40 mins, and the bus was in very good conditions. At the village, the tour guide was great, very knowledgeable and approachable. The dancing ahow was colorful and entertaining. The food provided was ver good as well. I highly recommend this tour.

Cultural Tour for everybody, well worth it.
A well set up area in the bush with homes of different tribes.
Our guide (Ariel ? the name he gave so we could remember ) who spoke perfect English had a vast knowledge and understanding of the history and tribal differences. He also had a great sense of humour.
He was very attentive to all members of the tour group.
We enjoyed sampling the different foods and drinks and the entertainment including the indoor bamboo trampoline

Interactive and memorable!
Wonderful experience from the fun and friendly driver to the Mari Mari park itself. We could not stay for the entire experience due to our short port time, and when our driver explained our situation to the park staff, they kindly set up our small group of 4 with our own tour guide so we could go see all the tribal houses at a quicker pace. We were sad to miss the cultural dancing but were so grateful for how accommodating the staff was to our predicament. Our guide was funny, friendly and knowledgeable! We really lucked out. The tour was very interactive, and we even got to sample foods and drinks in the houses. Our awesome driver Joe got us back to the cruise port at a comfortable time and had us laughing the whole way! Would highly recommend this experience if you have any interest at all in the cultural tribes of Borneo.

Good learning experience
I am not going to fault anything here, it was an amazing experience. The guides were amazing ( our guide was Aril) and we felt really good taken care of. They are all knowledgeable and really want people to learn about the culture and the tribes of Borneo.
The traffic can be horrible, it can rain, changes can happen to your trip, but none of this matters as long as the experience is great, and it really was 🙂 Thank you so much 🙂
