The underground river tour is an absolute must see when in Puerto Princesa. Very impressive and a remarkable memory to cherish. Our guide, Dang, was 10 out of 10, caring, attentive and professional. Highly recommended!

I really wanted to give this tour 5 stars because the people are really nice and they really go the extra mile to try and please. But…it’s not very well organised and there’s a lot of waiting around. In all honesty a cruise organised excursion may be better for cruise passengers.

If you do the zip line be prepared to go strait up the hill seamed like 10 miles but not really. Took me 30 minutes but then I'm 80 years old. Lot of resting. But was really fun once I got to the top and got my first zip line ride. The underground river was interesting couldn't take any pictures really dark inside. The guide had a head lamp that highlighted the different designs and the head set explained the the river very well. The lunch was okay a lot to chose from. Wish there more people to help on the zip line climb. Would recommend.

Gorgeous day in the sun for mangrove tour, zip lining, and underground river tour. Our guide was friendly and knowledgeable. He shared history and gave us some recommendations about PPS. We enjoyed the mangrove tour as it was educational and relaxing. Even got to see some wildlife like monkeys and lizards. The guide even sung to us a song about the mangroves. We added on ziplining, which was such a great view zipping across the clear blue waters! Glad we did it. The underground river tour exceeded expectations. It was educational and fun. I appreciate how they try to preserve nature like having audio guide to keep quiet and listen, as well as no lights in the caves. Our guide used a flash light to help navigate through the incredible caves. I thought the audio was corny funny, and made me giggle. Some notes of constructive feedback: 1). It would be nice to know itinerary and timing. Like how much time we have for zip lining and what time we need to be back on bus. Felt a bit disorganized. 2). Our guide wasn’t with us entire time as he was also concurrently with a second group doing double duty that day. 3). The van after last activity (underground river) was extremely hot as the AC wasn’t fully kicked on so we were sweating for a little while on our way back on windy road home. 4). We were first pick up and also last drop off, which particularly made for a long day for me as it was a full bus with multiple drop offs. 5). Driver was a great driver but was on phone on the way home on windy road, which was distracting. Overall, a fun day in the sun exploring and learning! We met some nice travelers as well and was able to take each others photos.

The underground river was definitely a great experience. Truth be told, there was some stressful confusion about the total cost as we changed from a group tour to private and eventually a semi-private tour, but it worked out fine. When we got to the location, there is a long queue to navigate, but our tour guide was fantastic in navigating us through the queue and making sure we had plenty of time to make it back to our cruise ship (we know others that left at the same time as us on a different tour and cut it much closer). After the underground river tour, we were taken to a delicious lunch buffet with a nice mix of local and comfortable cuisine. I got to eat an entire fried fish (well, I didn't eat everything...avoided most of the head). Our tour guide was very competent and the actual caves were well worth it!

Amazing cave. The best one I’ve been to. A must do. Guide was funny and made the tour enjoyable. Lunch was excellent.

What a wonderful tour!!! Our guide, Show, was so knowledgeable and entertaining and our driver was excellent. The lunch stop was really great, don’t skip getting a fruit smoothie made! The natural wonder of the Underground River is like nothing I’ve ever seen, it’s simply incredible!

The trip was awesome. We had Moll for our tour guide and he was full of information. Our driver, we can't remember his name, was the best, bring us safely to and from our destination. The views were awesome going there. The cavern was huge and the stalags were amazing. Pictures we took of our trip did not do it justice. Amazing trip and amazing tour guides. God is amazing!
