MERAKI traditional boat has a length of 16 m and a maximum width of 5 m. The cruising speed is 8,5 mph, accommodating 42 passengers and 3 crew members. Galatea is a splendid Turkish gulet, the only one on the island of Paros. 19 meters long and 5.5 meters wide, it features elegant lines and spacious interior and exterior living spaces. Galatea has a large sundeck at the bow and a large seating area at the stern, as well as sun loungers on the deckhouse. A maximum of 25 people can embark to ensure the best possible sailing experience. Galatea departs at 10:00 am from the port of Piso Livadi with stops: - sailing along the east coast of Paros - stopping in the beautiful bays south of Antiparos - stopping in the stunning and wild Despotiko - stopping in the enchanting Blue Lagoon (The remaining time between stops will be used for transportation from one point to another.) Return at 6:00 pm The price for a one-day rental includes fuel, food, and unlimited drinks (national beers, local wine, ouzo).

The nights of Aegean Gastronomy are held twice each week, on Tuesdays and Saturdays. The number of participants is limited each time, which gives our chef the advantage of preparing a special menu of six courses almost as if it were private. Our chef prepares fish based courses using local ingredients and fresh same-day catch, which are the basis of the menu. Five lables of wine, as the Asyrtiko from Santorini, Malagouzia from Paros, Robola from Kefalonia, Mosholfilero from Mantineia and the sweet Malagouzia from Macedonia could accompanying the Nights of Aegean Gastronomy. The selection of each variety is meticulously made to match the course served. The wine tasting accompanying the Aegean tasting menu is optional, at 40 euros per person.

We sail from Pisso Livadi to the southwest by 09:30, hoisting our sails and adjusting our course according to the prevailing winds we enjoy a scenic cruise until we enter the Antiparos Strait with a welcome drink in hand while tasting baked snacks from the oven. We first anchor in Blue Lagoon. Superb turquoise waters and for the coming hours we circum- navigate South Antiparos, sneak in the Caves and anchor at Despotiko Beaches for swimming. To fulfill the appetite that sea brings in the right time we prepare and serve our delicious full lunch on deck being the complement of a unique experience followed by special dessert. Wherever wind is on our side we hoist again our sails, to experience the unique feeling of wind filling up the sails. Our last stop will be to the South of Paros where last swim in dramatic blue waters will be followed by fruit salad. Scenic tour sailing back to Pisso Livadi will conclude this superb day at sea.

The tour unfolds to discover 2 wineries on the eastern part of the island for a total of 8 wine tastings, 3 of which are organic. The terrain of Paros is varied in terms of rocky substrate, the Aegean Sea and the Cycladic winds play an important role in the typicality of the wines. There will be a total of 8 wine tastings accompanied by snacks such as olives, cheeses, cured meats and fresh vegetables directly from the producers' gardens. In one of the cellars there will also be a walk through the vineyards. At each stop the staff will be at your disposal for all the necessary explanations and will answer all the questions or curiosities that our guests wish to ask. The tour will take place in the splendid setting of the island of Paros between idyllic views of the sea and wonderful rows of grapes. Tour times are from 4pm to 7pm including transportation The stop in each cellar will be approximately 1 hour, the walk in the vineyard will last about 15 minutes.
