Morning was the best
We went to the 8:00 tour and we were the only tour at that time. By the time we left the canyon there were three tours going in. Not sure if that matters but we all our pictures didn’t have people in it. We had Chance and he was very informative and helpful in showing how to properly take photos.

Wonderful experience!
This was a bucket list hike for me! We had a wonderful tour guide who took us through Deer Canyon at what felt like a leisurely pace. We had been told by someone who had done an Antelope Canyon tour that she felt rushed and that there was barely time to take pictures. Our tour guide didn’t make us feel rushed and she was even so kind as to take pictures of me and my husband, along with separate family photos for 2 families who were on the tour with us. She also gave us some interesting background on the land and how 6 sisters (some of whom are still living in this land) used to play in the canyons while their parents herded sheep. We had an awesome experience and would highly recommend it to anyone who is considering visiting the canyons.

This was absolutely...
This was absolutely stunning. Do not pass it up. Ken's tours is right next to the entrance and exit. Our Navajo guide Chris was amazing at pointing out the different formations as well as how to get beautiful pictures and even taking some for us. This is worth any additional driving to get to it. And this tour and guide was great.

Canyon Tour
Book tour between 10 and 2 Pm, arrive 20 mins early. Our Guide Kennedy was very helpful with pictures for the perfect shot adjusting the color and ratio on cell phones. Visitors need to learn to listen instead of talking only to hear them instead of the canyon sounds. Plenty of parking. Bit expensive book early for the tour company for better prices.

Truly a magical canyon.
Book early. We waited till the day before and could not get our preferred time slot. Wear comfortable clothes and shoes. Do not bring any type of bag, but if you must, a 12" x 12" clear plastic bag is allowed. If you hike when it is hot, it will be cool in the canyon but has direct sunlight once you exit the canyon so be prepared.
If you are lucky, you may be assigned a guide named Dana. She is truly a wonderful ambassador for the Navajo Nation. Dana is friendly, informative and motivated to share her vast knowledge of everything anyone what ever need to know about Antelope Canyon. She also is very educated about
Photography techniques which will make all of your photographic skills mages, truly memorable. Dana was the difference-maker between a good outing and a great outing.

Great day at Antelope Canyon
Very informative to have our Dineh Tour guide giving us insight into history and culture in between the 2 canyon tours. Very convenient pickup and drop off service to start and finish our tours. No wasted time on tour entries by using the tour operator compared to waiting at each site if you purchased your own tickets.

Beautiful Hike through Lower Antelope Canyon
The tour takes place on private land. The lower canyon has two designated tour companies, Ken and Dixie (brother and sister) we went through Ken’s Tours and our guide was Omar. He was super friendly and knowledgeable. The tour is a fully walking/hiking tour, but it’s not challenging. Our 8 year old had no trouble whatsoever. There are some steep stair cases, but as long as you take your time you’ll be fine. It is absolutely gorgeous and well worth it.

Fantastic View & Nice tour guide
I felt truly happy to be able to enjoy the breathtaking scenery, shaped by nature over a very long time, together with my family. It was a special experience to witness such incredible natural beauty in person.
I would also like to express my sincere gratitude to our local tour guide for the kindness and the detailed explanations throughout the tour. The guide’s professionalism made the experience even more memorable.

5 star tour!!!
The Antelope tote was nothing short of amazing! This experience was so relaxing, beautiful and breath taking! Rich was an amazing tour guide with knowledge about the red rock and all the photo tips! He made sure everyone was comfortable and was very patient with others who was not so quick with Kayaking. I highly recommend this tour and ask for RICH !!!

Fear of heights
I am petrified of heights but she took her time to talk through it with me and made me feel confident about what I was doing. I’m so glad I did because the view and experience of itself was well worth it. To put my fear in perspective I can barely stand on a short ladder with 5 steps without freaking out. Do it it’s well worth it! Just breathe and look straight ahead!

Stunning and magical
Whilst this does seem expensive, it is a do not miss experience. There were a lot of people at the meeting point but we were dealt with efficiently and distributed to various vehicles. The vehicles all looked in good condition and enclosed - we noticed some other tours had open air vehicles which would have meant a face full of sand on the journey through the dry valley of sand to the canyon. Our guide was respectful of everyone, including those slightly less able, and never rushed us, although there is always another group in front of you and one behind (so the push comes from behind). Clearly they have a good system re the pace of progression through the canyon. It is not very long, so there is no need for a fast pace, and there was plenty of time to admire and take photos. Indeed our guide knew how to take the best photos and took many on our behalf. He also had a lot of knowledge. A thoroughly enjoyable experience.
We booked for the 11.45am tour in order to get the best light, and indeed our guide confirmed independently that around the middle of the day when the sun it at it's highest is the best time re light within the canyon (being a slot canyon this makes sense). He said if you want the absolute best light you need to visit in the height of summer when it is very hot outside, but cooler in the canyon (you'll be glad of those air conditioned vehicles then!).
You are only allowed to take a phone / camera. No bag, however, small.

Awesome!
The boat tour of Antelope Canyon was absolutely amazing! Our guide Lans was super knowledgeable, friendly, and such a cool guy — he made the whole experience fun and relaxed. He also took incredible photos of me and my friends that perfectly captured the beauty of the canyon. The views were breathtaking and the whole ride felt peaceful yet exciting. Definitely one of the highlights of our trip — highly recommend!
