In a private dressing room, a kimono dresser with over 10 years of bridal hair and kimono experience will help you choose your kimono, dress you, and style your hair. This experience is more than wearing a kimono. I was born in Kyoto and grew up surrounded by kimono because my father was a Yuzen kimono artisan. I naturally came to love kimono, and I would be happy to share some of its beauty and culture with you. Through simple explanations and photos, you will learn about kimono styles, formality, seasonal patterns, and the meanings behind traditional Japanese designs. After dressing, we will explore Otaru's beautiful streets and take phots at seasonal locations. You will receive about 50 photos via Google Drive after the experience. Summer Information You will wear a yukata, a traditional summer kimono.
