Discover mezcal from its origin through a close experience at our family palenque in Santiago Matatlán, Oaxaca. The visit begins with a guided tour of the palenque, where you will learn the traditional process behind our agave distillates: from the maguey and cooking in an earth oven, to milling, natural fermentation, and distillation. More than a technical tour, this experience shares the traditions, the people, and the knowledge that have built our family's relationship with agave and distillation across generations. After touring the production area, we continue to El Santuario, our terrace with a view of the palenque, for a guided tasting of seven expressions.
