This is a wild and scenic coastal walk with views of waves breaking on the granite boulders. The first part of the trail is through patches of open woodland areas, small river valleys and over exposed, rocky ridges. Enjoy spectacular views across the sea over Silhouette and North islands. The trail continues over Glacis slopes, stretching above and below the path. The vegetation is mostly endemic and indigenous species, adapted to survive in such harsh conditions. Excellent tour of Mahé. Highly recommend!

Wunder Seychelles went above and beyond for our private tour of Mahé! We asked to change some of the sites in their usual itinerary so we could see more of the island, and they accommodated us 100%. Christopher was our guide and driver. He met us at the ferry harbor and dropped us off at our hotel. Good driver, serious and reserved. Excellent experience for those who want to tour some of Mahé's beaches in a short time. She leaves ample autonomy of choice, without giving preferences on the beaches, therefore considering that the total time is 6 hours, it is necessary to evaluate well which and how many beaches to go to.

Great guide!

We had a full-day tour of Mahé Island with our excellent chauffeur/guide Ted. He drove us around the entire island, showing us all the highlights and giving us a lot of information on Mahe and on Seychelles asa whole. He was very knowledgable and took good care of us. I will definitely recpommend him and the company he works for.

It is totally worth it.

Visiting this island is an experience that is really worth it if you are in the Seychelles. We opted for a private tour, just with my family, on a very comfortable and pleasant little boat. The guide was very kind and was attentive to everything we needed. At a certain point in the tour you can continue without a guide, since the path is simple and you cannot get lost. The most special thing is encountering the giant tortoises, which roam freely through different corners of the island. It is possible to pet them, feed them, and visit the nursery where they take care of the hatchlings, which is charming. At the end of the tour we returned to the boat and enjoyed a simple but delicious lunch: sandwiches, fresh fruit, and buns. Afterward we went snorkeling; although this part was the least notable, since the water was somewhat murky and there were not too many fish, everything else more than made up for it. Overall, it was an unforgettable experience that I would recommend without a doubt.

Excellent tour with the best guide.

Ryan was simply the best tour guide we have ever had. Communication prior to our trip was excellent and he arrived on time in the cleanest and most comfortable van we had during our Seychelles trip. We discussed what we wanted from the day and Ryan tailored the trip to take in everything and a bit more. His kindness, courtesy and detail really made this into the perfect day. We had a walking tour around the interesting sights in Victoria and Ryan explained everything that we were seeing and the history behind it. We then went to visit beach locations on the island and had a delicious takeaway beach picnic. Ryan is intelligent, knowledgeable and extremely proud of his heritage. He gave us a real insight into island life and we thoroughly enjoyed our day.

I definitely recommend this place

This expedition was awesome. Our boat captain was very friendly and knowledgeable. We took about a 30 min ride out and got to see fish in the glass bottom boat. You could feed the fish with bread if you wanted to. Then we went to moyenne island and saw so many giant tortoises. They free roam the island and it was great. There is a 40 min hike around the island with lots of shade and places to take great photos. Then we went off to snorkel and saw lots of fish. Visibility was a bit rough but it's the Indian Ocean, you can't really plan that out. We then stopped at a beautiful sandbar and got to relax and take photos. Next we headed off to grab lunch and it was phenomenal. The food was so delicious. Every single person got seconds. Alcohol and beer was available for an extra charge. We had rmaime time to chill after lunch and then we headed back to shore. The crew provides a chilled water bottle and a chilled water bottle was provided with lunch. Bring a towel and sunscreen. I highly recommend this tour. It was better than another one we took in Mahe. The crew was fantastic.
