A small team of true foodies - our activities focus on discovering Cyprus through food & wine... There's nothing like tasting fresh, warm halloumi straight out of the pot and on this small group tour there'll be plenty to enjoy throughout the day! You'll be picked up from a Larnaca location of your choice and driven into the Troodos mountain countryside to the cheese-making workshop of a village local. You’ll take part in the process from start to finish and the experience will end with a delicious brunch which will include the cheeses made plus lots more. The activities don't end there as you'll be taken further into the mountain villages to visit other local producers and the quaint village of Lefkara. A day full of fun & flavour is guaranteed! An interactive workshop for everyone that wants to learn the techniques of creating delicious cocktails. During the workshop you will learn the basics of bartending, the basic bar tools and some secrets, including fermentation, on how to execute delicious cocktails with unique flavors. You will make 3 cocktails according to your taste and preferences, you will perfectly execute them and of course, enjoy them.

Taste a flight of our own kombuchas, learn how fermentation actually works, and get properly stuck in: brewing, filtering, flavouring. Set in an 1880 khan in historic Larnaca, led by people who've built a craft practice around fermentation. Learn how to make three different cocktails in this 2- to 3-hour class. You and your small group of fellow students will learn how to make a classic cocktail, a wine cocktail, and a cocktail made from Cyprus's own dessert wine: Commandaria. You'll also get to try everything you make, and snacks will be provided at no extra cost.
