Lovely day in Scottish Highlands with Avril.

Loved this tour through the Scottish Highlands with Avril. She took us to visit the beautiful Cawdor castle, Clava Cairns and Highland Cows. Great day with a great tour guide.

Great day in the Highlands with Avril's Travels

Apparently the organization we originally booked with was unable to provide the tour so Avril's Travels stepped in to run our tour. The tour was absolutely fantastic. They met us at the port and took our small group to the minibus. Avril was very informative and entertaining. I'm amazed at how much was included and we were back at the port in plenty of time.

Great tour! Not sure how it could be improved

We had a great time! Our travel companions Laura and Dillion were great. Roger our guide was the absolute best!! We couldn't have asked for better. He made the entire experience fun. The time passed so quickly but was so fun and fact filled. Roger showed up exactly on time to begin I highly recommend!!

Great day in inverness area

We had a great tour in a small group of 8 folks. Sarah the tour leader was excellent. The tour included clava cairns, culledon battlefield, loch ness, gin tasting, urquhart castle, coos with a chance to pet and feed, as well as a drive by of inverness castle. Had time for lunch in loch ness. No sightins of nessie. Worth your time. Highly recommended.

Clava Cairns is a must-see for history buffs.
The area around the cairns can become muddy after rain, so wear sturdy footwear.
Bring rain gear in case of a downpour, as the open-air site is exposed.
The surface around the cairns is uneven and may be difficult for wheelchair users to navigate.
