The calm waters make for an easy, relaxing paddle, while the scenery — from fishing boats to lush riverbanks — offers plenty of photo opportunities. After kayaking, we’ll enjoy a home-cooked lunch at a local family’s home, featuring some of Hoi An’s signature dishes such as cao lầu, white rose dumplings, and bánh xèo.
