First rate tour
Excellent tour with Chris. He took us all around Dunedin to see Baldwin St, railway station and old prison and then a tour around the Ortego Peninsula. Beautiful scenery, seal cub crèche and a walk on a deserted beach. Lovett be in small group rather than a tour bus

First-class trip!
Fabulous trip.
Chris was a super guide, showing us around Dunedin and then a slow drive around the peninsular. Very knowledgeable, pointing out the many birds and different wildlife to be seen. The walk on the beach to see the sea lions was wonderful.

Sunny Otago Peninsula
Chris our Guide was fabulous, stopped at molars statues, Allans beach where there was heaps of male and female seals. Stopped at Dunedin railway station, Otago Uni, Dunedin Botanical gardens, Baldwin St, then drove to Point Chalmers to drop off passengers for cruise ship. Next drove back to Dunedin past Forsyth barr Stadium, and finally arriving back where the tour stated the Octagon.

Dunedin and wildlife
I wasn’t sure what to expect for Dunedin, knowing it was a smaller city; I would've enjoyed just spending the day meandering Dunedin, but was told to check out the penguins and other animals. I found this tour on Viator and was pleasantly pleased.
Chris was the superb tour operator, giving us a variety of personal and historical references.
I’m looking forward to seeing the penguins and other animals, hopefully, should we be able to spot them.
Would’ve been nice to have had a little more time factored into the tour so that we could have stopped a bit longer but the advantage of doing the morning tour was that we had the afternoon should we want to go back to anything.
One thing to note for this region, distance needs to be taken into Count as very little is next to each other and if you were going from the boat to Dunedin, you need to factor about 20–30 minutes and if you went to the beach, you need to factor nearly a 90 minute travel time round-trip. We got to see some great wildlife and we would love to come back and check out the city of Dunedin.

Lots of NZ sea lions, & Great overview of Dunedin.
Great overview of the entire area, Dunedin city and nice drive through the countryside and beaches. Chris’ knowledge of the area, culture, history, birds and marine life enhanced the trip, the highlight of which was the number of New Zealand sea lions we saw at Alan’s beach.

Great Tour in Dunedin
We had a nice day with Back To Nature seeing the world’s steepest street, great architecture and some highlights of the seals on the beach. Dunedin is a beautiful area not to be missed. Our only suggestion would be to stop at one of the many churches for a picture taking opportunity.

Gorgeous beach walk
We really enjoyed this tour the most. Small group and clean coach. The driver Chris was informative and a good driver. The best part was going for the beach walk. It was absolutely gorgeous. The sea lions cooperated for the photos. I would have loved to sit on that beach for a picnic!!

An afternoon drive around the Otago Peninsula and surrounds
A great experience. Chris was very knowledgeable, friendly and informative. He kept a commentary going answering questions without reserve. He obviously knows and loves the area which was very evident. The bus was comfortable for the interesting scenic and varied route around Dunedin and the OtagoPeninsula.
