Top Burgundy Classes & Workshops

Beaune is the gateway to the Burgundy wine region, but you don’t have to travel far from the city to sample its famous wines. This private tasting experience is guided by a professional sommelier and custom-made just for you and your group. Sample a hand-picked selection of seven red and white wines, all of them Premier Cru or Grand Cru classified, and learn how to identify the different varietals, producers, and terroir.

Accompanied by a Burgundy wine expert, you will learn how to taste wines. Starting from a village appellation to the Grand Cru, you can take the measure of the climates of the Burgundy vineyard.

We present to you 6 wines from our estate, from our plots of Côte de Beaune, Côte de Nuit or Beaujolais.

Wines from small family producers. At the end of the tasting you will be able to answer to these questions : Which cheese with which wine ? Why wines of Burgundy are so famous ? What kind of wine can you find into Burgundy ? How wine is made ? Conditions : local guide, wine specialist, small group (less than 6), possible to by the wines at the end of the tasting session. We stay into Dijon, there is no visit into the wineyards.

The workshop takes place in a vaulted cellar of 1850, and is led by official Ambassadors of the Climats of Burgundy. They will put their expertise and good humor at your service!

This immersion day will allow you to better understand the wines of Burgundy through map reading in the vineyard, simple and clear explanations of winemaking techniques in the cellar, to better understand the history of Burgundy and its wines since the Roman Empire to the present day. During this top-of-the-range visit and tasting, you will be able to visit our plot of the 1er Cru Clos des Poutures and taste in complete privacy 4 Premiers Crus and 2 Grands Crus from our estate.

Treat yourself to a private wine tour in France's famous Burgundy region. Along with an expert wine guide, you'll visit three local wineries to taste their Grand Cru and Premier Cru wine. Private transport by luxury Mercedes-Benz is included along with a lunch of local specialties.

A small group experience, limited to 6 people, that combines a tour of the Meursault vineyards with a tasting of five carefully selected Burgundy wines. The selection goes through different levels of designation, from Village to Premier Cru and Grand Cru, accompanied by regional cheeses, in a tasting space in Meursault.
