This small-group, e-bike tour lets you cover more ground with less effort as you ride through UNESCO World Heritage-listed vineyards and along the Marne Canal. Visit a traditional Champagne house to learn how the wines are made and enjoy tastings—gaining an understanding you'd miss if exploring the area on your own.

Together, we will leave for a period of 2 hours to discover the historic vineyard of Aÿ-Champagne, classified as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. You will immerse yourself in my profession as a winegrower during a peaceful and romantic stroll. Then, I will make you discover my champagnes in the heart of the vines. It is therefore in the heart of nature and facing unforgettable landscapes, that the moment of a tasting time stops, giving way to the effervescence of Champagne emotions. Prepare to share my open-air bubble and remember to bring a cap, hat, scarf, jacket and good humor (depending on the weather conditions) on the day of our adventure.

Unveil the art of sabrage in a delightful workshop at Le Clos Corbier, where you'll learn to open a bottle of Champagne with a saber. Guided by a passionate expert, dive into the rich history of this tradition that dates back to the Napoleonic era. Following a detailed introduction to the techniques and safety measures, you'll have the chance to sabre a bottle of either the exquisite Champagne Collard-Milesi or the Champagne Domaine Méa. The experience culminates in a tasting of your Champagne, paired with delicious gougères prepared by the chef, making it a perfect blend of celebration and camaraderie in the heart of Champagne.

Near Epernay, Capital of the Champagne vineyard, discovery of the "Côte des Blancs" Grand Cru and the famous village and vineyard of Hautvillers in the historic hillsides of the Marne Valley listed as World Heritage Site by UNESCO. In Hautvillers, village called the “Cradle of Champagne”, guided tour of the church of Dom Pérignon and the vineyard. Pause at the most beautiful viewpoint of Champagne in the heart of the vineyard with explanations of viticulture management. Visit the production sites of two families of independent producers/growers followed by commented tastings of a selection of 6 Champagnes Grand Cru/Premier Cru, as well as the essential Champagne alcohols and aperitifs during additional tastings.
