Unveil the art of sabrage in a delightful workshop at Le Clos Corbier, where you'll learn to open a bottle of Champagne with a saber. Guided by a passionate expert, dive into the rich history of this tradition that dates back to the Napoleonic era. Following a detailed introduction to the techniques and safety measures, you'll have the chance to sabre a bottle of either the exquisite Champagne Collard-Milesi or the Champagne Domaine Méa. The experience culminates in a tasting of your Champagne, paired with delicious gougères prepared by the chef, making it a perfect blend of celebration and camaraderie in the heart of Champagne.

Seeing Champagne’s countryside can be slow and limiting without a car, and many of its most beautiful vineyard roads aren’t well served by public transport. This small-group, e-bike tour lets you cover more ground with less effort as you ride through UNESCO World Heritage-listed vineyards and along the Marne Canal. Visit a traditional Champagne house to learn how the wines are made and enjoy tastings—gaining an understanding you'd miss if exploring the area on your own.

Prepare to share my open-air bubble and remember to bring a cap, hat, scarf, jacket and good humor (depending on the weather conditions) on the day of our adventure.
