The tour was fairly good. However, guide disappeared for 15 to 20 minutes and we were left wondering. Guide tried to get us to pay entries so we had to prove we already paid Viator. It took over half hour waiting for return taxi van. Confusion over paying return taxi; guide wanted USD 70 before taxi arrived and was going to leave to "change" it. We refused to give him money until taxi arrived, fearing a swindle.

Hello 👋 sketchy, I’m so disappointed and extremely sorry for misunderstanding, normally we serve the tour but when you requested with the a taxi to be picked up than we had no choice other than to do the best of our capabilities to help our clients to reach us in stonetown , so we do not own the taxi we hired a taxi and when a tour guide asked you about the money and he needed to change that means the driver wanted the money and not our guide so he had no choice except helping you and the driver , sorry that he couldn’t explain when he left and go to ask for change as in Tanzania we use shilling as a currency and not dollers so the driver wanted his payment before stating the journey but as a tour it’s ours but a problem of a taxi we only helped you to reach us easily and that’s why if you chek up on our site we only sell a stonetown tour . Hope this response can make all the confusion clear and please don’t hesitate to chek us and write to us at anytime And we received all kind of feedback for that it’s where we become the best Thank you so much and hope to have you booking with us again
