Not what we expected

We looked over what would be available to us during the tour but what we saw, heard and experienced was much better definitely a must

Disappointed at the venue, its more a contemporary art gallery than anything really special. I read about a crystal forest, but its more a small art display than a forest made of bejewelled trees.

We did a daytrip from Munich to Innsbruck so we didn't have a lot of time. This tour was about 4 hours long. You are picked up by a shuttle bus at the train station and taken to Crystal Worlds which takes about 25 minutes each way. Once there you have to get in line to turn in your voucher for your ticket. You then go on a self guided tour. I found Crystal Worlds to be quite weird especially the museum. It just was not my taste in art and I couldn't wait for to leave. The grounds would have been prettier if had not been winter. After seeing everything there was to see on the grounds and museum they have 2 gift shops. Swarovski is quite expensive but I did purchase some small earrings. We then had to wait outside in the cold about 45 minutes for the shuttle bus to come and get us as there is no place to wait inside. The tour is way too long and was not worth our time. We ended up not having hardly any time left in Innsbruck before having to catch our train back to Munich.

Don't take this tour! I'm an avid Swarovski collector. You can buy the same pieces at home. The museum exhibits were disappointing. The morning bus leaves you stuck there for three hours. I couldn't even get an Uber to end my misery. It was a hostage situation and a huge waste of time.

This is a self guided tour through 13 chambers, each completely different. Some of the chambers had crystal displays and some did not. They were a level of art that I guess I don't have much appreciation for but they were interesting. The music in the background was eerie and creepy in all of the chambers which I totally didn't understand. Talking with other people after the tour, we all had pretty much the same opinion: bizarre, creepy, not what we expected. The store at the end is gorgeous and there were items of all prices, many quite affordable. The grounds outside are beautiful. Overall, I would recommend it because it's so different but go with an open mind!!

Tour was good..!! Swarovski store was excellent. We thought we would need one full day. From taking bus from station and back probably needs around 4 hours. This can vary based on interest. Check the bus timings once

Not worth at all. The frequency of bus rides is inadequate, additionally shopping in the complex doesnt make sense as the prices are same outside also.

I'm sure the tour is great. I booked our tour while in Innsbruck and didn't have access to a printer. Even though information given stated you could use a paper or electronic voucher, they would not let us in. I showed them everything that I had...email, e-voucher, and booking confirmation. They aga

Glamour in Innsbruck.

Very nice experience, only that upon arrival they showed me the entrance of the Viator app and they told me that it was not the entrance, in short, something confusing as they show the entrance on Viator.
