- Baggage allowance: 25 lbs. Guaranteed. Additional standby baggage is space available with a charge. Baggage weight allowance includes all baggage, including purses.
- Passengers must arrive at the terminal at least 40 minutes before the scheduled departure time, and be fully checked-in 20 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
- Passengers not checked-in before the check-in cutoff times will not be able to board their scheduled flight and will not be refunded their fare.
- If travelling with children, please be aware that the child fare applies to children aged 2-11 at the time of departure.
- A mobility assistance device, such as a wheelchair or cane, may be used by a passenger to get from the terminal to the aircraft, however, passengers must have the ability to walk on and off the aircraft with minimal or no assistance.

When we arrived at Harbour Air, no one told us anything about the tour/experience- what to do, expect, etc. When we got on the plane, we realized no one else was doing our tour. Most people seemed like they were just everyday commuters, going to work. The pilot didn't say one word once we were up in the air, so while it was scenic, we had no clue what we were looking at, coming and going. Once we arrived in Vancouver, still no one acknowledged we were on a tour...we didn't know where to go nor what to do...we just had to figure it out ourselves by asking people. Once we got to the "tours" desk, they had never heard of our particular tour, and the one girl had been working there for 5 years. The young lady helping us was very sweet and did her best to get it together by getting us our Capilano Suspension Bridge Park tickets, and telling us where to find the free shuttle. Since we had no idea where we were, that left us wandering the area on foot until we asked enough people on the streets that pointed us to the right place. We got on the shuttle with no issue and arrived at the park. The park was just ok. It was jam-packed with tourists and very much felt like a tourist trap. After being on the island with all the beautiful forest walks along the coast, it seemed a bit lame. It really seems more of a place for kids and families, rather than a couple in their mid 50's. Anyway, we were done at the park in less than 2 hours. There wasn't much to eat by the park, so we took the shuttle back to the airport and walked around until we found somewhere to eat (there are many restaurants by the airport). But, since lunch wasn't part of the package, there went an additional $100 CAD. At this point, we were just ready to get back to Vancouver Island. The young lady at the desk was very helpful and got us on the next plane out. But once again, no one acknowledged, mentioned, or addressed any single thing about us being on a "scenic tour", so on the return trip, we were again just any other commuter that enjoyed looking at the scenery but had no idea what we were seeing. And this excursion cost almost $900 CAD!!! We felt like an afterthought for the whole experience. We are grateful the pilots got us the there and back safely, and that the ladies at the tour counter and the returning Harbour Air counter were kind, but outside of that, it was definitely NOT worth $900 CAD.
